This was my first visit to this location, and I came in for an HSG X-ray. Since the test needed to…read morebe done within a specific timeframe, I was glad that making the appointment and getting in during that window was fairly easy. Before the appointment, I was given clear instructions about what time to arrive, what medications I could and couldn't take beforehand, and what I needed to bring with me. I was also able to upload a copy of my prescription/referral ahead of time and was set up with a patient portal, which made the whole process feel pretty organized. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time. The waiting room and facility were clean, modern, and well maintained, and there was enough privacy while changing and getting ready for the test. The technologist explained what was going to happen beforehand and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. The test itself was mildly uncomfortable, but they helped make it much more bearable and a lot less awkward than it could have been. I never felt rushed, and any questions I had were answered. The imaging process felt organized and efficient, and I felt like everyone knew what they were doing. The radiologist also went over the results with me during the visit and explained that they would be sent to my doctor as well, which I appreciated. I had no issues with insurance, paperwork, parking, or finding the office, and check-out was easy as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use this location again and recommend it to others.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's a nightmare. They do not check the answering machine…read more When I did finally get someone on the phone I was on hold so long it disconnected. I need to switch providers. They forget to send documents to insurance companies, and you can't get ahold of them to fix the problem. Long wait when you are in office, and Dr. Steiner isn't particularly attentive or considerate of your time. Go elsewhere. They won't give you test results, even negative ones, without an appointment you have to wait a long time for.

I am thankful this is where I was sent to have my biopsy. The women at the front desk were…read moresupportive before I even arrived. I had several conversations with them before the date of procedure and they answered all my questions and help me prepare mentality. The day of, they knew who I was and continued to be as equally supportive. I have to give a shout out to Ashley. Talk about the sweetest and went above and beyond. I rambled horrifically and Ashley was so understanding. She made me laugh several times to ease my nerves. When the ultrasound tech came for me Ashley instructed her to take her time and explain everything to me because I was nervous and she did just that. The ultrasound tech and the doctor were very gentle and understood how nervous I was and met me where I was at emotionally. So my friends and family were aware of me having this procedure but I snuck away and went to do it alone after all my love ones volunteered to go with me. When I left the exam room I found Ashley standing at the door waiting on me. She wanted to ensure I was ok and that everything went smoothly. That meant so much to me. As a woman I have never felt so much empathy from other woman like I had during this process. Luckily everything worked out for me...but the way I was treated I felt I was in good hands either way.

I explained that to the technician.... I asked that they put the Iv in prior to starting any of the scans... She happily agreed...I have issues with my views being deep and difficult to find.... the technician was unable to find a vein so she had the Dr come in. Two attempts and he was successfully.... This is where this amazing technician became my guardian angel... As she was preparing to start my scan I went into a full blown panic attack...... She assured me that she would get me through my scan .... with her patients and guidance I was able to complete my scan..... I wish I could remember her name.... I will be forever grateful for her kind words and compassion... my red headed angel , you don't know just how much you helped me today!!!!! The world needs more angels like you....Colleen

OMG WHAT A SH*T SHOW! The service is terrible across both the Hewlett and Cedarhurst location. I…read morewent to the hewlett location for a workers comp injury and was advised that the X-ray tech would be in between 6:30pm and 7pm. After waiting until 7:30pm, I was told that I would have to go to the cedarhurst location for X-rays. . I mean talk about incompetency. I was seen by the provider who couldn't tell me anything unless X-rays are done so why waste my time seeing me ??? To transfer me to another location ? Nevertheless, I went to the cedarhurst location and the front desk staff was clueless as to why I was there ‍. I stood and explained why I was there and they decided (?) to see me. While waiting in the waiting room, at exactly 7:40pm, the front desk turn off the lights in their area and the tv in the waiting room because they were not accepting anymore patients . It gets better at 8pm, all the front desk staff was gone while there were atleast 3 other patients waiting in the waiting room. My mind was blown. Literally! I am not sure whose doing the hiring process or what they are trying to achieve but it's sure not patient satisfaction. Who manages these office ?! I manage a dermatology practice and if this is how my staff was, I would've been fired by now.
