I appreciate knowing that if that happens I won't have to continue paying. Rosa is the person that treated her and she was extremely thorough and sweet. She was very informative as well. I had her check my head as well because I was itchy and I swore I'd gotten it from my daughter. Rosa checked me thoroughly and advised I didn't have it. She easily could have told me I did and made an additional $175 to fake treat me. I really appreciate how ethical they are. The store was very comfortable and made the process a lot easier. There is a big television where my daughter watched Netflix and an assortment of candy and snacks. I can not say enough about this business. Definitely five stars! She's amazing at working her magic with microdermabrasion and laser (light) therapy. She's very experienced, has a great bedside manner, and her staff is nothing short of spectacular. Alexis, her office manager, is extremely helpful and professional. She made it super easy to set up an appointment and made sure we were fully aware and informed of our procedures every step of the way. So yeah, we are really excited to have started our make-overs with Dr. Arsenous. In a nutshell, Dr. Arsenous offers an ample array of cosmetic treatments and packages to help improve and freshen-up your look, such as IPL, Botox, fillers (Radiesse, Sculptra, Juviderm, etc). She also offers fancier procedures like fat transfer to the face and other areas, liposuction, breast augmentation - You name it. We received so much information during our first visit I was compelled to share my experience. Not only that, she happens to offer ALL of these services at her beautiful office/surgicenter which is conveniently located in Glendale, Queens. If you're not familiar with this area, know this place is not in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" part of town. Rather in the quiet, more serene part of Queens. There is ALWAYS a wait at the office, even if you have an appointment, the wait is atleast 30min long. And he has the audacity to not even call his patients when they have an appointment with him to let them know that he will not be in the office. I took a day off from work to go to see him and he wasn't even there, bc he had some conference and he forgot to reschedule his patients. Not only that but his attitude towards his patients is uncaring, cold, and rude. I had high blood pressure and instead of treating it like a family doctor should, he kept trying to push me off to another doctor. And after prescribing me medicine for 3 months, he did not want to renew my medicine anymore, even after I called several times to let him know that my blood pressure medication was running out in 2 days and I could not take a day off from work to go see him. He still would not even renew the prescription for a few days till the weekend when I can go see him. I plan to sue him for malpractice bc not renewing my blood pressure medicine is risking my health and putting my life in danger. He has no bedside manners, no patience, worse than a McD service.

I believe his office manager is Leah, and she holds what can be a hectic office together. Some may not like the walk-in, sign in system, but I prefer that. It's hit or miss depending on traffic that day, and don't see it very differently from doctors who DO have an appointment system, then make you wait 2 hours anyway. Dr. Lee is extremely patient, and will listen to you talk FOREVER (as evidenced by the long drawn out conversations I hear from many of the elderly patients he cares for). Some may find that as a negative, but I see that as a caring health practitioner. Contrast that to many other offices where 5 assistants check your vitals, then the doc comes in, looks at your chart, and is out the door within 5 mins. Dr. Lee is my "family doctor" meaning, he's my go-to, when I'm not feeling well, If it's something outside his expertise, he'll suggest a specialist, and not necessarily one associated with him (I know some docs run a referral scam). He *does* like to prescribe meds, but respects your wishes. I like that he is able to perform some tests, like blood, and urine (it's sent out to a lab), as opposed to having to see him for a referral to a lab (2 co-pays). I'm here because I misplaced his number, and googled it. Decided to give him a well-deserved review. For those who are used to the "Chinese system" of doing things (often seemingly haphazard), you wont have any problems. His office hours have changed somewhat- he's off on Tuesdays, and Thursdays (I don't know if he practices elsewhere on those days). Another upside to his office is, He has hours on Saturdays as well. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I waited years before writing this review, but I feel it's important to share my experience. When I was a young teenager, I received a root canal at this office that ultimately failed and the tooth could not be saved. I was then given a dental implant. During multiple procedures, the area was barely numbed before treatment, which made the procedures extremely painful. Within weeks, the implant became severely infected. When I called the office to report the infection and pain, I was told the dentist was on vacation and that I would have to wait until he returned. The infection became so serious that I had to go to another dental office to have the implant removed. Because the infection progressed, I suffered significant bone loss and later had to undergo bone grafting surgery and placement of a new implant at a different office. Looking back, I feel that as a young patient my concerns were not taken seriously. Most conversations during my visits focused on payment rather than my oral health or comfort. The experience left me with a long-lasting fear of going to the dentist that stayed with me for years until I finally found another office in my late teens that treated me with proper care and professionalism. My mother also experienced severe infections after treatment at this office and plans to share her experience as well. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up support, accountability, or refund despite the complications. Because of what happened, I experienced a great deal of pain and permanent damage to my oral health at a young age. I hope sharing this helps others make an informed decision before choosing this practice.
