Before the appointment, I was given clear instructions about what time to arrive, what medications I could and couldn't take beforehand, and what I needed to bring with me. I was also able to upload a copy of my prescription/referral ahead of time and was set up with a patient portal, which made the whole process feel pretty organized. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time. The waiting room and facility were clean, modern, and well maintained, and there was enough privacy while changing and getting ready for the test. The technologist explained what was going to happen beforehand and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. The test itself was mildly uncomfortable, but they helped make it much more bearable and a lot less awkward than it could have been. I never felt rushed, and any questions I had were answered. The imaging process felt organized and efficient, and I felt like everyone knew what they were doing. The radiologist also went over the results with me during the visit and explained that they would be sent to my doctor as well, which I appreciated. I had no issues with insurance, paperwork, parking, or finding the office, and check-out was easy as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely use this location again and recommend it to others.

I am writing this review to alert potential patients that Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology is not the…read morefacility to use if you need an MRI if a fracture is suspected! Standard Practice for urgent or semi-urgent diagnostic evaluations require radiologist turnaround times well under 48 hours. I do need to state that I had been to an emergency room and followed up with an orthopedic MD. It was the ortho MD who ordered the MRI.I called Zwanger-Pesiri on August 21st and appointment was scheduled on August 24, 2026 at 10:15 am. The intake person sent paperwork that needed to be completed prior to testing. Sent to them with the reason the test was needed. MRI was done 8/24 10:15 am, results were reviewed by the radiologist 8/31 8:24 pm. The results showed a fracture at T7 thoracic spine. Waiting a full week for the results left me in continued pain and a potential to make the situation worse. The fault is totally with the owners, they have vague signage at the facility and on website stating there may be a delay with results. This is deliberate on the owners part. Why not post if there is a suspected acute fracture our turnaround time is one week. Would that immediately alert the potential patient to go elsewhere ? I find it interesting that I can't post this review on their website. They have an evaluation form only. The website shows positive customer reviews. I should not have been forced to use a Yelp review to educate others to be on alert. In all fairness I did call Zwanger-Peseri and spoke to Susan who did apologize for the delay. This is not acceptable practice.

So urgently did what I had to do...Northwest Health-GoHealth right down road was the answer. When you walk in you sign in on an electronic tablet, which I suppose very convenient for you and them. Was greeted immediately with a smile and additional clipboard of needed detail on why your there. Literally within 5-10 minutes all was completed, co-payment and all. Shortly after that was directed to a large, spacious, clean, sterile room to wait for doctor. Initially medical tech takes you vitals and asks a bunch of generally questions. Figure another 5-10 minutes with that, then the pass off to the doctor. A quick efficient review of situation with doctor. All is confirmed and you are on your way with report page in hand and out of there in 40 minutes. Absolutely amazing!! I could wait 30 minutes or more in the regular doctors waiting room. Can clearly see why these type of locations have popped up just about everywhere. Experience was good and would recommend this location to others. In addition to going back again if need be.

I called 3 times on different dates to make sure one of my reports was faxed over to a specialist I was seeing, and they even confirmed with me that it was. When I got to the specialist, it wasn't there. Another time, I was trying to ask which doctor I was seeing and ask why it was not my regular doctor. Before I even finished speaking, I was cut off. The day of my appointment, I get a call saying the doctor they scheduled me for does not do the procedure I was scheduled for. I had made this appointment a month earlier and called the day before, yet nothing was said until 6 hours before the appointment. So now I have to wait for another appointment a month later or have to use a take off to park in order to be seen 2 weeks later on a weekday. Very frustrating that this happened. Very good care. This office has recently updated their…read morefacilities on the right lower level, and are currently updating more facilities on the lower floor. All doctors I've seen, my GP and also other doctors when mine was unavailable, have been lovely. They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.
