I called 3 times on different dates to make sure one of my reports was faxed over to a specialist I was seeing, and they even confirmed with me that it was. When I got to the specialist, it wasn't there. Another time, I was trying to ask which doctor I was seeing and ask why it was not my regular doctor. Before I even finished speaking, I was cut off. The day of my appointment, I get a call saying the doctor they scheduled me for does not do the procedure I was scheduled for. I had made this appointment a month earlier and called the day before, yet nothing was said until 6 hours before the appointment. So now I have to wait for another appointment a month later or have to use a take off to park in order to be seen 2 weeks later on a weekday. Very frustrating that this happened. Please keep in mind that the practice has several doctors. This review is specifically for Dr. Charlene Grace- Foster. I recently changed PCP because I didn't feel as though my past practitioner's office staff did a good job with getting test results etc back to me in a timely fashion. After a frustrating search, I think I've landed my dream team. For me, it's super important that reception receives me well and that process is seamless because it sets the tone for the visit. My first visit was with the Rockville Center location. The staff was incredibly warm and check in was easeful. Wait time was less than 20 mins. The intake forms were very through even asking about my sleep patterns and mental health. I appreciate a good screening as long as they are actually going to use the information to serve me well. I was super impressed that before I even saw the Dr that they ran an EKG and outside of vitals was having conversations with me about bone density test and scheduling my first colonoscopy since I'm now middle-aged( gasp). Dr. Foster introduced herself and asked me what brought me in. It took a while for me to feel relaxed in her presence. We had conversations about everything that was concerning for me, I asked for what I needed and was satisfied with the quality of the experience but my 2nd visit was the game-changer. Less than two weeks later, I had to revisit as I got ill. For this visit I saw her in Valley Stream which is a much smaller location. Before we even addressed my labs and the results of my tests, she checked in with me. She actually paused to put the person ahead of the procedure and that really made me feel seen. We were able to connect as women, mothers and that reminded me of why representation in health care matters so much for me as a black, Caribbean woman. I walked away feeling really connected and confident that I was in good hands. Delivery of results and RX has been great and I look forward to a longstanding relationship with my Dr and the practice.

I can't get to the office the…read moreoffice they gave me a real hard time the manager I lost it said s word , so the office manager I just got in touch with Dr. Todd helper I haven't seen him in 10 years though and they call me back this morning so you'll have to find another doctor. He said oh he doesn't want to see me anymore and they wouldn't answer that question. I don't know why, but he takes the office staff word every time of them the patient the office staff is more important than the patient. It seems so I have to find another doctor. It's like elder abuse in my case.

It's been going downhill in service over the time I've been going here. First, the office has…read moreforgotten to call in my prescriptions several times. So extra trips and extra phone calls and waiting on hold almost every time. They also do not give patient instructions when booking appointments for physicals and procedures (fasting before certain blood tests). You need to ask if there's anything you need to know and even then they might not even look it up. I had to drink 32 oz of water and wait through someone else's sonogram Because the tech was expecting me to have been told to come with a full bladder. I was not told when making the appointment. My last straw was this past week.. There are 5 empty parking spaces for "MDVIP" patients that pay extra premium(which I do not). The rest of the lot for this building is divided between several offices inside, so the 5 are a subtraction from the Halper FM section. I arrived for my last appointment with 12 minutes to look for a parking space, but there were no free spaces in the lot except for the MDVIP ones. I drove around the neighborhood which is full of 1 way streets and lots of signs warning about getting towed. I called the office and was waiting on hold, I got stuck behind a garbage truck doing its rounds. I was caller number 7. Went back to the lot. MDVIP spaces were all open but nothing in the designated Halper section. Two more times around the block before I gave up and drove home. I was caller number 4.

Let me also preface that I only give five stars when they are due. I have been a patient of Dr. Seigal and Dr. Voutoiilis for over five years. That seems like a long time, and you may be thinking, "like if they are so good why aren't you cured of all of my ailments?" My neck condition is such that I require somewhat habitual treatments; some months more often than others. The best part about this place is that they are so accommodating. Practically anytime I am in pain, they fit me in. They have convenient nighttime and weekend hours for people, like me, who work and have hefty commutes. The office is small but comfortable and has always been staffed by friendly inviting professionals that make you feel like you are catching up with old friends; rather than just coming to a doctors office. Dr. Siegel has a deep understanding of osteopathic manipulation. He is conservative in his application, never pushing me beyond my comfort level. I always leave feeling better with clear instructions on how to maintain my progress toward better physical health and wellbeing, and usually a good tip on a cool brunch place; Yelp users will appreciate that he is a bit of a foodie as well. If you live in the footprint of Lynbrook, and you find yourself needing a chiropractor, check these guys out. You will quickly feel like you are part of the family instead of just another patient.

Everytime I've come in here though, I have had to wait extensively. It doesn't appear to even make sense as you will wait a really long time if the waiting room is full or if it's empty. The staff is pretty nice and efficient though and that's a serious plus for this office. All in all its a decent and small local office.
