Came here as I am in soo much pain. Soon as I arrive, they are closed!!! If they have summer hours, they need to update their business hours. States they close at 6pm & I arrived at 4:50pm. Waste of time & money to get here. read more

The head nurse at Firstcare, I will get her name, has terrible bedside manners. She was so grumpy the 3 minutes that she took down my information. I've been a regular there ever since the pandemic and I see the money they get from the insurance companies that I pay out of my paycheck: hundreds of dollars just for a COVID test. I told her my issues and she was like "only 3 issues at one visit". First of all, the more medical problems, the more you get to see me. You are lucky that I even go there due to the pandemic, I don't feel like going to the city to my regular doctor. I have never seen a real doctor there: only nurses. It's a shame that the rest of the crew there are so professional and care about people unlike this person. read more

I called to see if I could walk in to see the doctor. The young lady that answered the phone was so warm and courteous. She asked me a few questions and it was determined that I could come in. Upon entry, I was greeted warmly, my information was taken and I waited to see the doctor. Someone called me back to take vitals and then I saw the most pleasant, professional doctor. He was very gentle, asked questions, I was so pleased. He determined that I would need an x-ray. The technician was so warm and professional as well! She explained what she would do, got it done and again I was very pleased with not only their knowledge but the bedside manner. I'm definitely choosing First Care if I should ever need urgent care. I used to use this center when it first opened over 20 yrs ago. The dr had been great but he sold the practice. I decided to give it a try anyway. I felt I had an infection and wanted a quick analysis to make sure I was OK. They take no appts, which isn't great but when I got there I was the only one. While filling out all the necessary docs; another person came in and she was taken first. After I was finally taken, they were very professional and the first analysis was that I was OK. However, to be sure they took blood. The gal who took it; left me with a black and blue that I still have 5 days later. But, that was minor. At he end of 3 days , my lab results were back and a non medical personnel called to tell me the dr needed to see me. When I asked why, all the could say was .. The dr needs to see you. Frightening me so I could not sleep; I ran there the following morning. PS; there was a very low minor change to my normal stats. The office was full and I would have had to wait more than an hr to see someone. I would not recommend this center. Very unprofessional. As my husband reminded me; any good dr would have called me personally. read more

The last two times I went there, I did not see a Doctor. I saw a PA. I want to see a Doctor when I visit the Doctor. They're getting paid from my insurance as if I'm seeing a Doctor and I'm not. I don't like this practice of seeing a PA. The first time I saw a PA, the diagnosis was completely wrong. read more

If I could give this place a rating even lower than zero I would. This place has changed and not for the better and it's a shame. Dr. Peck unfortunately retired a few years ago and if he knew how his former practice is now being run he would not be happy. All of the wonderful staff has been replaced with the exception of Duran the X-Ray tech (who is still wonderful). Not only is that frustrating but the new office staff is nasty, rude, and disrespectful. They talk rudely about patients while they are sitting in the waiting room and think that the patient can't hear them. They pick and choose who they want to take into the exam rooms regardless of who was signed in first. I used to love this office when it was run by Dr. Peck. You always saw Dr. Peck, never any physicians assistants. However, since the new doctor has taken over this practice, you only see physicians assistants. You're rarely seen by the doctor. I've been misdiagnosed by the PAs several times and the newest one was more concerned about putting on her make up than she was about the patients that were waiting in the exam rooms and the waiting room. read more

Dr. Sebastiano and staff were great. Very Professional and personable. He explained my problem in lay men's terms without all the medical terms. Very relaxed atmosphere and that made me feel at ease. Very efficient Staff. My office visit reminded me of the old time family doctor where they remember your name and your not just a number. He is now my primary care doctor. I don't know what place this first reviewer was reviewing, but it was not the place I went to today. read more
