StatMD is the best urgent care I've been to. Many urgent care centers now rely primarily on nurse…read morepractitioners and physician assistants, but StatMD uses medical doctors, and the difference shows. I brought a friend with COPD there after she had already been seen at two other urgent care centers. Despite her medical history and worsening respiratory infection, those facilities failed to provide the medications she needed and only prescribed antibiotics. After being treated at StatMD, she was given the appropriate medications, and her condition improved significantly. I respect nurse practitioners and physician assistants and appreciate the important role they play in healthcare. However, when I'm seeking medical treatment, I prefer to see a physician. At StatMD, you see a doctor who is knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to make informed treatment decisions based on the patient's condition and history. If you want quality care from an actual physician, I highly recommend StatMD.

I never have to wait any longer then you would in any doctors office but I think the wait time depends on what provider you see. My doctor is Dr Dragonetti and she has been my doctor for at least 7 years now. I followed her from her private office to the garden city group she joined. Dr Dragonetti does not rush you out of the exam room and is patient and listens to what is wrong and is always spot on with her diagnosis. I can not rate any of the other providers at this group because I always see Dr Dragonetti !! If you want a doctor who truly cares about helping patients and is kind and a great doctor I would make an appointment with dr Dragonetti.

The staff seems highly impatient just by checking in as well which was a review from three years ago as well. Must be the old talent drying up on the front end. All in all wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
