Quite possibly the worst decision I could've made for a simple check up. My results took 2 weeks to receive after I had to CALL REPEATEDLY and hound them. I've called and been outsourced to some random agent multiple times. Nobody at the actual Clinic picks up the phone. Finally I get in touch with a Dr who is actively researching how to help me while we are STILL ON THE PHONE. HE then proceeds to prescribe one of the most potent, potentially dangerous antibiotic knowing FULL well how risky it is given my medical history... I researched the drug myself and it says "reserve as a last resort antibiotic" why the **** are you giving me such dangerous high grade meds for something simple?? read more

Place is absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. We are in a middle of a pandemic where it is important To wear a mask and social distance from each other. They have implemented no social distancing in the waiting room. The waiting room was crowded. People will sit right next to you. If you didn't have Covid prior to getting tested here, you probably have it leaving here. They give no priority over people making online appointments and the walk-ins. There's no point in making an appointment. Expect to spend 90 min there to get tested. They're dishonest and only care about how many people they can collect from. To them, it's about quantity, not quality. They'll tell you, we'll have you in, in 15 minutes But truthfully it could be up to an hour or more. Save yourself the aggravation. Avoid catching covid. Go to north well or citymd and wait in that crazy lines if you can't get the appointment or order the kit over the internet, which is free with health ins. read more

I booked an appiontment to recieve the covid 19 test online since no one picksup the phone. We called multiple times, too.They charge $175 for the rapid test. You can get the test for free or even $40, but $175 is outrages. The staff was friendly, though. read more

I've called 1 -2 x in the past months and they always say oh i just reached out.. also i was told by one of the assistants I can only be reimbursed if i make Khan my PCP.. Pros: clean and quick Cons: this is the second time I've been seen here and been given the wrong Dx. They claimed they did the flu swab (which from posters posted on their wall is supposed to be done up the nose) but they only swabbed my throat. They also claimed I didn't have a fever but I'm here at home with a 103 fever. I really wanted to give this place a chance but this is unacceptable. My official Dx is influenza! read more

Received a covid test from here, got an email for my results however I had to access my account. There were no instructions on accessing my results and I was never told this by any employee. When going to the site to personally ask for my results (after two days of calling and being sent to a voicemail that is always full) the front desk said the portal was down even though she just gave the person ahead of me their results. They then mentioned that they can't find my results. I would think something as personal as a covid test would be identified appropriately and not misplaced..Very unprofessional front desk. The manager was able to eventually help me out and "find" my results but overall a terrible experience and not worth your time even when in a hurry. read more

Turned up for my appt made weeks in advance fora COVID test for my international travel, only to find a notice stuck on the door saying they were closed and to come in next day. I am here now and this place is the absolute worse needs to be shut down , my daughter has a fever we have been waiting for 35 minutes. We were better off going to the regular ER, the doctor is visiting the patients spending a large amount of time with each as if it's a regular doctors appointment. Like where are the medical assistants? There's no face mask for airborne germs within the facility, no tissues available for patients, no purell, no antibacterial hand soap just some cheap off brand, table paper was not changed had to tell the doctor to change it, table should be wiped down with antibacterial wipes was not!! Waiting room super hot germs growing in this atmosphere! Just terrible! I will never return!! I feel like I need a full bath leaving this place! read more

I am usually seen by PA Dean Hamilton when I go to refill my meds. The wait is usually only moments long. And he always greets me with a smile. He answers my questions clearly and concisely. That is not always the case when I have seen others in the medical profession. I feel confident that I am in good hands when I go to urgent way. I would recommend doing business with this Urgent Care. And if you care about your health you should probably ask for PA Dean Hamilton, because he in my opinion is clearly the best! read more

BEWARE PATIENT PORTAL MAYBE COMPROMISED. I received an email at 2:40am that my password was reset. I never put in a request to reset my password. I called customer service spoke with Sam. Sam was rude and dismissive. His response was this is a glitch in the system. This was an unacceptable response, to a patient whose medical records may have been compromised. Sam never extended himself to followup and find out why this happened. Sam is the customer service supervisor if a supervisor is rude and dismissive to the patient can you imagine the subordinates training. I requested to speak with Adam, because my family has dealt with him in the past. His response was I'm(the I'm referring to me as the patient) not understanding him and my request for password reset came through late. I never requested a password change. He was not understanding me and my concern is my password was reset, without my request. I asked for the headquarters to write Adam gave me the email address for information. Info.urgentway.com. I asked where he was located he replied upstate Urgentway does not have offices upstate. So Adam lied what are they trying to coverup. They are not good for communicating and understanding patients. How hard is it to understand I never requested a password reset and for Urgentway to investigate why this happened. This is there response to me. This clearly shows they care nothing about the fact there is a possibility of a data breach with my medical records. "Hope you're doing well. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. All I can say about this medical facility is YELP! They gave me the wrong prescription. I was supposed to have a prescription for a muscle relaxer and they sent a prescription for birth control pills to my pharmacist! Then they claimed the pharmacy made the mistake but the pharmacist showed me the computerized prescription they sent. After their mistake, they never apologized for their error still insisting it was the pharmacists' error. It took me two more days of calling back and forth to get the correct prescription! My advice would be to urgently get out of there. read more
