All doctors I've seen, my GP and also other doctors when mine was unavailable, have been lovely. They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.

I've left several messages for a MONTH regarding a prescription REFILL and NO ONE ever called me back! Definitely never going back. I pay high insurance premiums and they treat patients like it's a walk in clinic in the hood.

There is adequate parking on the street and the bus stops one block away. It's easy to get an appointment and if you have an emergency when they are closed, the Doctor on call responds quickly to your request for a phone consult. They are part of the North Shore LIJ health care system now. There are 5 doctors in the practice. All have specialties and are experienced and very well trained. I can't give more stars, but if I could, I would.

Ellior, Angie, and Anna are incredibly attentive and never make you feel rushed, even when it's busy. From day one, I felt like more than just a patient -- they truly treat you like family. I also have a medical condition, and Ellior went above and beyond by staying with me during my session and even calling afterward to make sure I got home safely. That level of care is rare.
