We went to a quest diagnostics Cape Coral, Florida. It is next to impossible to get an appointment. You have to be there in person and work this horrible computer with buttons that do not like you! I've heard such frustration and I will add my review to the very poor ones already in the system. The nurses there were very nice. My five year old had to get more blood work done today. This was our first time at this Quest and all though it is out of the way for us, I will be coming back. We only waited about 2 minutes in the clean waiting room. Fernando was a life saver. My son is typically not very cooperative when he needs blood work but Fernando was so welcoming, he made him laugh and made him a paper airplane. Fernando really went above and beyond to ensure my son was as comfortable as he could be! read more

My experience with Maddie was amazing. Made me feel so at ease and answered all my questions. I wouldn't wanna go back unless she's there!!

Went for bloodwork and poop test. Told to bring frozen poop and drop it off next day, I asked where the drop box was, the woman told me just sign in at the kiosk. Next day, walked in 9:20, signed in, gave me time of 10:30 for drop off. A few other people there. Someone came out and ushered in one of the waiting, more people came in... Next time someone came to retrieve a waiting person I held up the sample and said I just need a drop off, she said sign in at the kiosk, I said it put me out 70 minutes, just need a drop off. She came back a few minutes later and got me took the sample (2 minutes). She advised next time make an appointment online. Lesson learned. Absolutely HORRIBLE Service. 4 people up and walked out while I was waiting. Computer problems. No LIVE person to talk to. So many problems with that. I had an appointment and they didn't show I had one. Pissed me off I can tell you! I made the appointment two days prior. Because I couldn't get in the last two days prior. I have to write a review after my experience this morning. I had an early morning appointment and knew it was going to be a big blood draw but didn't realize how big (36 vials!). The two women who helped each other with this involved process were amazing - Marilin and Lisette. I felt bad for them but they never made me feel bad or like an inconvenience which I know it was. I realize this is their job but this was by no means a typical blood draw and there was a full waiting room. I'm sure not the best start to their busy day. needed preemployment urine drug screening and went online to make appointment but nothing was available at the two locations on Cape Coral for the next week but needed it done within next 48 hours to expedite job process. Website states they take walk-in though so I went in and signed in. After waiting 90 minutes someone finally came out to waiting room and when I asked how much longer it might be was told I could wait all day and still not be taken! I promptly got up and left. Will never go to this location again. Tried calling to make an appointment at any other location but unable to actually speak with a person. Very frustrating read more

I've had positive experiences each time I've gone to the Milton Street Cape Coral location. The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. I continue to go to this location because it is far better than the New Hampshire Court location. New Hampshire Court is in Fort Myers, where I live, but I'd never go back there. The Milton Street location is superior in every way comparatively. A special shout out to Lissette, my phlebotomist. She was awesome. I feel for the people who gave negative reviews. I've had similar experiences at NH Court. I hope their next visits go more smoothly. read more

My mother and I made an appointment today 2/23/24 at 12:10. when we walked in there was nobody to help us. Check in was all automated, we type in my name and number and our appointment check in, and it says there's no appointment for me. we tried he number with my name and her name with my number. We tried everything. No luck. When we get back to the car I tried calling the place to see if I could talk to someone. We couldn't alert anybody about the problem because of course there was nobody there. Then when I called I was told to visit online and they proceeded to hang up. I'm quite frankly disappointed this is how you treat your patients, there is no human there to help you. There's nobody there to answer the phone. They obviously do not care about their patients or their concerns. I was in the emergency room a couple days ago, this blood work was needed immediately. We have proof we had an appointment at that exact place. We made another appointment and I hope that one at least works. read more

It would be in your best interest to not even bother making an appointment at this location. Employees very uninterested in even remotely trying to assist. I had a unique experience with Quest. I'm in town during this pandemic due to personal reasons. In this time I needed a drug test for a potential new job that is for my State of residence. They switched my testing so I could get this test done down here in Florida due to my quarantine (Fl) was done but will be quarantined again when returning to my home state. Miscommunication on the new COVID process I arrived and was turned away by Sue do you the rules of walk ins. Sue was direct and informative. I returned the next morning followed her exact instructions and my visit went off with out a hitch. This facility is short staffed and the ladies "holding down the fort" are heroes. They have a lot of rules and regulations they must adhere to and follow. Even with all of the signage they are repeating and answering the same 5-10 answers to questions anywhere from 30-50 times an hour (I counted). The culture of entitlement of patients is extraordinarily high right now. Sue is on the frontline of defense. I watched her be verbally harassed and abused multiple times by incoming patients. After reading the other reviews this woman is direct, informative, and a rule follower. Those are not qualities of abrasive or rude. The blessing is she treats everyone equally and follows the rules and guidelines to a T. Good job SUE! Thank you for all you are doing! May God continue to bless you and keep you safe. No stars... Not an option .....You have to sign in and there is zero human contact... They are sitting right at the window.... God forbid you should need to ask a question... I'm not sure what the ppl are at the windows that are numbered NO WHERE.. Window 2 hmmmm there are 4 Windows.... Acts like we are just stupid cuz we dont know what window to go to...That was the first inkling she had a twisted attitude.... I didnt bother to get her name... This place was the same cold and rude the first time ...and even worse this time... Done with this facility... Maybe talk to your staff about there tone, attitude and just plain ole customer service.... read more

Horrible customer service. All customers waiting are angry and staff just does not care. Please go elsewhere until changes are made.

This is a very negative location. The staff there, the Office Manager were very rude and belligerent. I found the lady at the door more like a drill sarge. They do not treat the customer with respect and even yelled at a customer across the room. They kicked the customer out. I will be using another location as I do not feel the office and Manager appreciate patients. read more

Worst experiences I've ever had have been here. A few of the women that work here need some customer service training. Now it is even worse. You would think a place that does medical testing would be sensitive to the needs of the disabled, but here you would be 100% wrong. Stroke patients - avoid this location. In order to get service you have to use a touch pad to put in such information as your name and phone number. Simple for most people, near impossible for someone who has had a stroke. But don't bother asking the staff for help, because they won't help you (one repeated "just sign in at the pad" and walked away). We have actually filed a formal complaint with ADA.gov for failure to accommodate a disable person. AVOID these people. read more

Nasty Receptionist that complains about "senior citizens" being demanding and not wanting to wait. "Saturday mornings are busy and needed for "the working people" I was told, when I asked if they were opened on Saturdays. I am also a senior citizen! I nicely replied that I didn't mind waiting and didn't understand why everyone, including younger, working people were in such a hurry all the time. Once I made small talk and treated her "respectfully" she calmed down and stopped talking down to me. This is a very convenient lab for us to go, but this receptionist needs to be spoken to about her demeanor and "people skills". She is rude and abrasive. read more

Will be seeking out Quest's further from my home due to several terrible experiences here. The receptionist/phlebotomist named SUE is the main reason I will never go back to this location. I have had a very stressful test filled first pregnancy and this woman is a nightmare to deal with. My first meeting with her she cursed in front of me several times over the fact that my doctor didn't put the correct codes for my insurance on the paper work so she had to call them, this is a wildly unprofessional way to act simply because you have to do something that is part of your job. She also took my blood during this appointment and gave me a massive bruise going up my whole arm which lasted roughly two weeks, out of all of the times I had to have blood drawn she is the only one who caused such a thing. I had to go back a week later and was very disappointed when I got to my window and realized it was the same person. I attempted to discuss the insurance with her but she repeatedly told me it wasn't her problem, she was very unhelpful, rude, and blatantly rolling her eyes at me. Finally after getting sick of her attitude I told her how unhelpful she was to deal with and she suggested I go to another facility, I told her I would rather have someone else draw my blood since I still had a bruise from her from the week prior which she took very poorly. The person sitting next to her, I believe she was named Jaime had me come over to her desk and helpfully explained things to me while Sue repeatedly interrupted both myself and her coworker with her rude behavior, I finally aggressively told her I was no longer dealing with her and to butt out. This second person who drew my blood not only didn't bruise me but told me many patients have said the same about Sue. Why would you have such a miserable, rude women working for your company when most people coming there are sick or not there for positive reasons? Like we want to deal with her on top of whatever is going on in our lives. Sue also told me during my first visit they don't accept cards as payment, but then my second visit told me they do. Additionally it is worth noting the first time I used this location, prior to my terrible experience with Sue, the self check in did not add me to their waiting list so I waited while walk ins coming in after me were all called back for quite some time before finally getting someone's attention to figure out what was going on. I really hope my experience tomorrow for the Glucose testing is less miserable at a Quest further away from me however the reviews for that location don't look much better... I would much prefer using the location closer to my home, please fire Sue she does not deserve a job dealing with the general public, her demeanor is more suited for a restaurant kitchen. read more

I was called back and moved to a different chair. Where I can hear everything going on with the patients. The way the receptionists are talking to people is insane. They are rude and unprofessional. They keep complaining about being busy and how they are always too busy but they are only open 4 hours on Saturday. If you have the option and have to go quest go Del Prado or Fowler. They are now calling me by the wrong name. I corrected them and they said close enough. read more

I've had multiple interactions with this facility over the last couple of years and every single time has been the same. Quick, friendly, and professional. I have yet to have even the slightest problem here, and strongly recommend trying them! read more
