Zero stars. Negative stars. They have no sense of urgency. Seems like one person is working and everyone else is sitting around. Been here 2 hours without being seen when the lobby is half empty. They keep saying they have to ta appointments fist buy every appointment that's come is being taken at least half an hour behind. When I asked about the wait the lady was extremely rude. I'm sitting here because Lee health messed up my appointment and I'm fasting, unable to take medication which I need for seizures so if I start siezing in the waiting room Someone is going to pay. read more

No stars! This location is horrendous! We had orders faxed. They said they didn't get them. Left to run errands while we had the doctor refax them. Came back, they said they didn't have them. Employees were curt and unprofessional. I went in for blood work and other testing. I was instructed to 'bring bring them back and drop them off'. I did but I was then told to sign in and take a seat in the waiting area. It was about a 15-minute wait just to hand them the sample bag. Then I was asked where were the orders? I related to her that the orders were brought in the day before and you folks copied them. She said I told you had to bring the orders back and she had not informed me to do that. 4 trips to get a blood panel. 4 failed attempts. Just trying to make an appointment was Hell. Although I was there 1 time with a body behind the counter I was still required to sign in via a frustrating computer only to be directed to await a text on my phone for my appointment to be scheduled. SO I drove 20 minutes home, I received a text message 20 minutes later stating that my appointment was in 10 minutes. SO I tried again this time remaining in the parking lot for 30 minutes. So I went home . And never received a text message. 1 star is way to high a score read more

Bass Rd, Florida location is the worst from the worst. Does not deserve even one star. About a year or two years ago they changed the manager. He hires only "his" people, regardless if they speak good English or not. The environment is horrible. You sit and wait and wait, even if you have an appointment, and people who work there are nowhere to be found, somewhere in the back room talking. Always short on staff. Stop trying to talk to the waiting room from the glass partition and use an intercom so everyone can hear. Never had the testing done. Went to Quest on New Hampshire Ct, in/out in less than 5 minutes. Good riddance. Thankfully we have choices. read more

You never have enough help. You sent away a customer because he did not have his insurance card when you know and I know that you need to verify that insurances Eligibility. So you certainly could've looked that number up for your customer. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never go there again. read more

zero stars My veteran husband required some testing. 3/24/23 lab corp promised results would be faxed to our Dr by Monday 3/27/23. It is now 3/29/23 and lab corp has not sent any results. Lab corp does not take calls. I had to have my Dr call them and they say they "may have results tomorrow " 3/30 , nearly a week LATER. BEWARE Do not use this lab corp , if you love your family and their health depends on timely results of medical tests . read more

Extremely understaffed and very unprofessional staff. The woman working at the front desk was rude. She was speaking negatively about someone in the waiting room and was speaking so loudly that everyone could hear her. I was a walk in without an appointment. There were 4 people in the waiting room when I arrived. I waited for an hour and a half and only two people went back. 7 people had walked in while I was there and no progress was made. I took my mom here for some bloodwork recently. You have to checkin on a tablet which at these times is probably less sanitary than the old way of filing out a form. The waiting area is fairly large so you are not on top of other people. That didn't stop the only other person there from plopping right down next to us though. Unreal. What are people not getting? The waiting area was very clean and hand sanitizer was available at the checkin window. My mom was called right in and was finished in a matter of minutes. I would definitely return to this location the next time i need lab work done. read more

Today my husband went to this location like he has for many years to do his random drug test from his employer. When he got there was no one in the waiting room, so he walked up to the glass ,and the lady didn't even ask me if i can help you she just rudely told me to sit down and if i had a mask, he said yes and went to sit down. So by this time people were starting to arrive , and they were walking up to the window ,I notice that she didn't respond to them like she spoke to me. I have never been treated like this. Easy to book appointments online. Check-in is on a table next to the receptionist. Very easy, very efficient. I have tiny veins and they know to careful draw blood without bruising, a big relief for me read more

Time to update the review. I'm leaving the 3 stars because there really isn't anything "wrong" with this place. The only thing I can gripe about is the fact they don't accept any type of Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I had set up an appointment over a week ago via the online scheduling tools. I followed all the directions, received a confirmation number and was all set to go get poked with a needle today. i arrived close to 15 minutes early, as some times I've been there on Monday mornings and it's got a good number of snowbirds hanging around. Having only sat 10 minutes, I was called to the front desk to check in, only to get a "tsk" noise and "You have to go to Quest" as the response for seeing my insurance card. Upon asking why I'm being turned away, the woman said that they don't accept Blue Cross as an insurer. She asked someone in the back where the nearest Quest was, and I heard a muffled response as to it being "on Winkler and Summerlin". The woman Xeroxed me directions they have at the front desk, and off I went to Quest Diagnostics. So bodily fluid donors be forewarned: if you need to find a lab to have work done, and only have Blue Cross Blue Shield as your insurance, don't go here. They will send you away and tell you to go to Quest. Everyone else: feel free to donate as much as you want. read more

This place is a nightmare, probably the worst customer service I've seen in the United States hands out. Three unhappy ladies works there who set their own hours and turn people away because they feel like they want to leave. They talk crap about each other to the customers, and they talk crap about the customers while the customers are sitting in the waiting room, for example they complain about the customers coming in before three because they want to be sure to close at 3:30. While I was there they turned people away telling them that they don't see patients anymore, even though the patient say they were told to be there before 330. I will never go back here again, and I hope to God they don't manipulate my test results for posting a review. I would not put that passed them. read more

Lab Corp in general is a nightmare to deal with. I made an appointment through their automated system. Showed up for my appointment and was told that I didn't have one and I could call the customer service number to find out what happened. I was told I could wait but that they weren't sure who was here for what services, so there was no telling how long I would have to wait. I called customer service and my appointment went to a different location. I told her that the phone system confirmed twice the location and date and time of the appointment. At which point she told me that "I don't know what to tell you". So, it doesn't really matter if you make an appointment or not, you still have a long wait time. They must not treat their employees very well, because neither the people at the lab or the customer service department could have really cared less. read more

This place is awful. Walked in and the black girl at desk didn't even take the time to look up from her phone, then still not looking at me told me to sign in and come through the door. Asked for order and insurance then I was ordered to give credit card in case insurance didn't cover???? That has never happened. In the mean time a nasty older blonde with glasses screamed at my 80 yrs old mother in the waiting room if she needed help. My mother answered no she was with me and she turned and rolled her eyes.. I was taken back by the black girl at desk (actually told which room and she followed,) no place for my purse and she said "which arm" I answered, she drew blood then while putting the tape on after she knocks tubes of my blood unlabeled on floor and says "don't worry about it"????? I'm not one to complain...but...a young woman came in 15 minutes after I had been waiting. Literally said she was there for the same reason (walk-in drug test). And watched her come and go in 10 minutes. I had been going on 30 minutes as I watched her leave. Waited several minutes more. Well, I have to say Labcorp set a new record for me. In my 71 years on this earth it has never taken me two hours to get a simple blood test. They are severely understaffed at this location, so I can't fault the workers here. However, whoever manages this location needs to be reassigned to possibly the Postal Service or the DMV. They would fit right in. In addition, the new sign-in kiosk is fine but I waited in line for 20 minutes just to sign in. They need at least two kiosks at this location. Two people in my line could not stand for the length of time it took just to sign in. I felt sorry for them. Fix this Labcorp. I'll go to other alternatives next time. read more

I guess the god Phlebos was smiling on me today! (I know there is no Phlebos- I just invented him as someone to pray to every time I get blood drawn. ) I have been getting my fluids collected and analyzed at this place for several years and have never had to wait more than ten minutes. The best time to go in is around noon- I know that noon is a long time to wait if you are fasting- but the place is over run sometimes at 7 am- workers drug screens and geriatric blood glucoses. I prefer to have a well deserved lunch with no waiting instead of sitting around a waiting room with potentially infectious clients to get a quick breakfast. The staff is as friendly as I would expect- this place is not Disney World- so I don't expect Cinderella to great me. I expected efficiency and professionalism and skill. I always get all three here. I didn't expect chit chat- just get what you need and send me on my way - always have the same experience! read more

Omg! I went here for medical testing. I am sick! I was treated so badly by one elderly woman behind the counter. Another women working there could hear the rudeness and came out from the back and as so kind and took over. I could not say anything back to the first one as she may be drawing my blood some day.
