I was disappointed with my experience at this location today 6-2-26 from 12 to 2pm, in Burleson, TX off of Wilshire. I came in as a walk-in patient and waited for over an hour and a half, even though the office did not appear to be busy. During my visit, I received conflicting information from staff. One employee told a patient that they could not be seen before their scheduled appointment time, while another staff member later stated that patients could be taken up to 10 minutes early. After waiting for a significant amount of time, I asked whether walk-ins were actually being accepted. Despite there being a gap between appointments, I was still not seen. At that point, I decided to leave. I understand that scheduling and patient flow can be challenging, but clearer communication and more consistency would have made for a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I do not plan to return. read more

Hands down one of the worst service experiences I've ever had healthcare or otherwise. I waited almost THREE HOURS just to get my blood drawn. Three hours. In a medical lab. The entire facility was being run by one phlebotomist, which is either an intentional cost-cutting tactic or pure operational incompetence. Either way, it's unacceptable. This isn't a complex procedure. These are routine blood draws from mostly adults. There is no reasonable explanation for standbys to be sitting for hours unless management simply doesn't care about patient time or experience. There was no sense of urgency, no transparency, no communication just endless waiting while time slipped away. Do yourself a favor book an appointment or Avoid this location entirely Walking in here without an appointment is a guaranteed waste of your day. The worst. Period. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Burleson, Texas

Showed up at 8am to get my fasting labs done. June 18th. Tried to sign in, kiosk not working, did the alternative check in and it gave me a number. Several people waiting, kiosk said i was first in waiting line. Only 2 lab techs, no receptionist. When tech cane out i told her everyone is having problems with kiosk, she told me to check in i wasn't on list. i rechecked in as nbr 3. Tech said they were behind at 8am. I sat there for four hours. At noon tech called my name and several other names and then i was told to wait again. Worst experience by far...lab day ruined and i have to fast again to get morning labs. read more

Dr. Conolly is bet as attentive and cares for her patients. I would highly recommend this office as a pc.

The specimen cups are so flimsy you can hardly hold it & after blood draw they do not cover the wound well enough to keep it from bleeding out read more

The tech was very quick and painless with it. If you were nervous like I was don't even worry. You're in good hands here.

Never, have I had such quick service e. Checked in via a pad and called in during my appointed time. From the time I left my car, to get back in my car, it was less than ten minutes. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible. They pretty much Never take online appointments here. You call and can't talk to a human, it tells you to go online to make an appointment. Guess what, you CAN'T. So I walk in at 12:35 pm, and they are not taking appointments there either. Why are you even open. No customer service. read more

Way more customers than employees, make sure you reserve a time slot if you can figure out how to do it online!

Need an appointment for routine blood draw. I've never in my life heard of such a thing. Small, cramped waiting room. No thank you. I'm calling my doctor and have him write an order for a different place. read more

They told my wife that her share of payment for services was and large sum. They didn't even process anything with the insurance company. For one, how could they know her share without contracted rates. Don't pay them without verifying the billing. After the fact, the customer service was horrible. We couldn't reach anyone on the phone. In person, they said nobody could help her. A big debacle and borderline fraudulent. read more

I had an appointment for my lab work and the lady who took me back never greeted me just right away said you have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid before I can do your tests today! Seeing how I have never received a bill of course I asked what the balance was for and she stated I cannot look that up until you pay and if you want your labs done today you need to pay this bill now! I paid the balance she very rudely took my blood and left the biggest bruise on my arm! She stated that she was getting ready to go on vacation soon and may not come back - not sure they should take her back!!!!! read more

Had an appointment. Showed up and sign on the door said they were closed. No call or email or anything saying that I should reschedule

After coming here for lab work over a period of time. The environment has changed. This place is respectful, prompt, and polite. I came for lab work and there was a long line. They moved kept at it and got me in pretty quick. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Horrible service!!! Very very slow!!!!! Wait time well over an hour! Original quote time was 39 minutes. No one at the rest to help people if they have trouble with the kiosk. I would avoid if able to. read more

I have no idea why people are complaining. They were more than help. Call doctor's office when they were unsure of a test...I've never gone to a lab that was this helpful. Maybe you were there when they were busy....try early morning. read more

I have been using this Quest location for several years. I can honestly say they have the best techs there. I am a very hard stick, so I absolutely dread getting blood drawn. They've had trouble a fe times and did not cause pain during the process. I have that one little vein that tricks everyone that touches and and say's, " this is going to be an easy stick". Sometimes I am nice nd tell them that is not going to give any blood. I was doing my own blood draws for 6 years I know my veins very well. I get such a chuckle when I warn them but they want to try anyhow. I let them just so they can say I was right. I say all that because I want everyone to know the crew at that location is very personable. They do a grea job at relaxing you. They make you feel like your just chatting with a friend. I really like that. It eases my anxiety of others coming near me with a needle. Plus, you never have to wait a long time to get your test done. Fast, efficient, and friendly peaceful center. Thank you Quest! read more

So did a walk in since I was over 10 minutes late for my appointment. I check in via the kiosk and take my seat. The touch screen on the kiosk is lousy. One older person has trouble getting it to cooperate. No one is at the counter so we all sit and wait. I am number 3 in line as there are 2 other walk ins ahead of me and the older person behind me. The screen on the wall says 15 minutes. Great I have time to run to my house about 10 blocks away. I go and am back before my 10 minute timer in my phone goes off. I step back into the waiting room and now it says 10 mins and there are still 2 people in front of me; the same two people as when I left. A moment later they call him back. The monitor updates to 8 minutes for me and 3 minutes for the person before me. Time ticks on 3, 4, 5 minutes. My time still reads 8 minutes. Finally they call the person who supposedly only had 3 more minutes. Finally me, the tech comments to me that she is the only one there. Okay...Total wait time over 30 minutes although the screen told me it would be less than that! read more

The wait was a little longer than expected but Camille made me feel a lot better and more comfortable plus she was very nice I hope I get her again if I have to go back read more

Clinic is extremely convenient, much better than a drive to Fort Worth. Office is always clean, and staff is courteous and efficient. Yes the wait time can take a while, small staff with big demand location. Adding staff would help, however the staff here does do an excellent job. read more

My Doctor sent me for a simple drug test (urine). I have no insurance so I was concerned about the cost. The Doctor said $50-$80. I was charged $294.94. At a later time they tried to charge me an additional $135.00, which I refused to pay. My Doctor advised me to fight it because I was overcharged. So, I did some research. Using the medical codes for this type of test I searched online for the price. I found it to be exactly what the Dr. said. Then my Hubby, a Friend and myself called different Quests around the area, again using the codes, and asking for prices and told them I was self pay. We all got the same answers, $50-$80. I also found out that they have a self pay policy which they never mentioned to me. The $135.00 was removed from my bill but they refuse to refund me what they have overcharged me. Now I'am being avoided. It is sad to see what the Medical field has become, GREEDY. read more

They take so long every time I come in here. I scheduled an appointment and they're a good hour behind. There has been three people walk out due to waiting so long. Along with that, there has been no employee up here to let us know that they're running behind or let alone answer any questions. Terrible, terrible service. read more

This is the slowest place I have ever had my blood drawn at. Been here 2 hours. Why is there not more than one worker here at a time.
