Hands down one of the worst service experiences I've ever had healthcare or otherwise. I waited almost THREE HOURS just to get my blood drawn. Three hours. In a medical lab. The entire facility was being run by one phlebotomist, which is either an intentional cost-cutting tactic or pure operational incompetence. Either way, it's unacceptable. This isn't a complex procedure. These are routine blood draws from mostly adults. There is no reasonable explanation for standbys to be sitting for hours unless management simply doesn't care about patient time or experience. There was no sense of urgency, no transparency, no communication just endless waiting while time slipped away. Do yourself a favor book an appointment or Avoid this location entirely Walking in here without an appointment is a guaranteed waste of your day. The worst. Period. read more

They told my wife that her share of payment for services was and large sum. They didn't even process anything with the insurance company. For one, how could they know her share without contracted rates. Don't pay them without verifying the billing. After the fact, the customer service was horrible. We couldn't reach anyone on the phone. In person, they said nobody could help her. A big debacle and borderline fraudulent. read more

I had an appointment for my lab work and the lady who took me back never greeted me just right away said you have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid before I can do your tests today! Seeing how I have never received a bill of course I asked what the balance was for and she stated I cannot look that up until you pay and if you want your labs done today you need to pay this bill now! I paid the balance she very rudely took my blood and left the biggest bruise on my arm! She stated that she was getting ready to go on vacation soon and may not come back - not sure they should take her back!!!!! read more

So did a walk in since I was over 10 minutes late for my appointment. I check in via the kiosk and take my seat. The touch screen on the kiosk is lousy. One older person has trouble getting it to cooperate. No one is at the counter so we all sit and wait. I am number 3 in line as there are 2 other walk ins ahead of me and the older person behind me. The screen on the wall says 15 minutes. Great I have time to run to my house about 10 blocks away. I go and am back before my 10 minute timer in my phone goes off. I step back into the waiting room and now it says 10 mins and there are still 2 people in front of me; the same two people as when I left. A moment later they call him back. The monitor updates to 8 minutes for me and 3 minutes for the person before me. Time ticks on 3, 4, 5 minutes. My time still reads 8 minutes. Finally they call the person who supposedly only had 3 more minutes. Finally me, the tech comments to me that she is the only one there. Okay...Total wait time over 30 minutes although the screen told me it would be less than that! read more

Clinic is extremely convenient, much better than a drive to Fort Worth. Office is always clean, and staff is courteous and efficient. Yes the wait time can take a while, small staff with big demand location. Adding staff would help, however the staff here does do an excellent job. read more

My Doctor sent me for a simple drug test (urine). I have no insurance so I was concerned about the cost. The Doctor said $50-$80. I was charged $294.94. At a later time they tried to charge me an additional $135.00, which I refused to pay. My Doctor advised me to fight it because I was overcharged. So, I did some research. Using the medical codes for this type of test I searched online for the price. I found it to be exactly what the Dr. said. Then my Hubby, a Friend and myself called different Quests around the area, again using the codes, and asking for prices and told them I was self pay. We all got the same answers, $50-$80. I also found out that they have a self pay policy which they never mentioned to me. The $135.00 was removed from my bill but they refuse to refund me what they have overcharged me. Now I'am being avoided. It is sad to see what the Medical field has become, GREEDY. read more
