Customer Service goes a loooonnnnggg way. I know you're busy. I know its stressful. I know you probably don't want to be here but you are. Having needed a drug screening sample for a new job opportunity, I was pre-registered by the company to have the sample taken at that location. Had no clue they had a location out there so I learned something new. I entered as a walk-in nearing the time frame to complete said sample. There were approximately 8 patients in front of me. I wait. One of the older clients walks up to the window to complete paperwork and the rep makes a joke.. he being hard of hearing, misses the joke and can't understand why everyone is laughing. The patient rep dismisses his questions and just says never mind. He walked away confused. I like a joke like the next person but professionalism is of utmost importance especially in this line of work. So I finally get called 40 mins later (not too bad for a walk in) and the rep who assisted me was in the worst mood ever. Me: How are you today? Rep: Please put your belongings in the lock box. Me. ohhkay... Anywho, I get done and ask for the id number as directed in the email. Me: Could you please provide me with the id number? Rep: Um, ma'am that info is not shared anymore Me: okay, the email I received says... Rep: well your email is wrong Me: (blank stare) Rep: Ugh, fine! Here... (hands me id number) Me: Thank you have a great day! This can not be acceptable customer service for the health industry. Please do better. read more

Had blood drawn Tuesday. Told 24 hours for results going to my provider. Going on 60 hours and no results. Test was inr for coumadin levels. Timely results can be critical. No excuse for this. Gave them a lab order with fax number clearly visible. read more

Worst location. Staff become rude and defensive when you ask what you are signing and then choose not to communicate with other staff members. Don't use this location if you'd like a pleasant experience. read more

Very crowded location. You are not greeted when you walk in and this is no one to give you protocol for checking in other than a few iPad type devices that a lot of seniors have no idea how to use. I made an appointment and after checking in on the iPad device your name goes up on a board and it says i have an 89 minute wait. Really with a 12:00 appointment and I'm there 11:45. I AM NOT A WALK IN!! i go over to the desk to inquire and unhappy miserable person wiped the floor with me. Very very very unprofessional organization. Ultimately i did get taken at 12:06. Appointments are absolutely honored over walk ins. Bottom line. You need them more than they need you and.... they know it. Make an appointment and try not to speak to anyone who works there. read more

Let me just say FIRST that this was the best experience I have had with getting my blood drawn EVER! I was in and out of the Quest within 10 minutes. Everything was so clean and socially distanced. Usually I have to get poked and prodded a couple times before the person taking my blood finds the vein. Here, she flicked my vein once, inserted the needle, and blood came FLOWING. I did not get her name, but she was so sweet and made the process so easy. I highly highly recommend this Quest. read more

The staff was rude. Checked in on the newer iPads and my name was spelt wrong due to the automated system used to create my appointment. I went to the desk to let the receptionist know and she gave me complete attitude like I was bothering her. (She never changed my name). Then I get called to the back (by the wrong name) and continued to get an attitude. I told them new woman that my information was wrong and she was like well why didn't you change it..... Anyway. Horrible experience. Who wants to go back to these places when the staff clearly hates their jobs and portray a miserable existence while dealing with patients. No thanks. read more

New Log-in Procedure Streamlines the Process I used to "like" this office for lab work, now I LOVE it! In order to have a convenient appointment, I recommend making an appointment as far in advance as possible. Print the confirmation with the QR code and bring it for the Kiosk check-in. It is easier and faster than the ones at the airport. A large screen TV broadcasts the news or some helpful entertainment, as well as a list of the next 12 patients shown by abbreviated name and your ESTIMATE WAIT TIME! I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in and saw I had a 12 minute wait. 10 minutes later, I was called to a window to verify my data. I barely sat down, when I was called into the lab room. Shout out to Fleuresse who handled my lab work. She was professional, polite, quick and as painless as could be. 1-hour later, I removed the bandage, and I have a tiny pin prick where she drew the blood, no hematoma around the site. Thank you for a great facility. Some doctors should take notice. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Do not go to Quest. The techs are MEAN and lack all humanity. I am trying to get pregnant and need to get labs to test fertility, which need to happen on a specific day. I get irregular periods so I never know when that is going to be. I finally timed it right, went to quest who drew 17 tubes of blood for tests they could run using 4 tubes (I work in blood-based diagnostics) and the only test I truly needed failed. It took me 4 more months to time it right, all the while getting nervous about the results. The only appt I could get was at 6:45AM at a Quest 30 minutes from my home. I arrive early with the requisition form my doctor emailed me on my phone (I don't have a printer and all appts are virtual due to Covid so they didn't print it for me) and I was refused. They need the form printed (how are you supposed to know that unless you work there???). They won't even attempt to look at it on your phone. I explain the timing issue, how long I've waited, that I don't have a printer, begged, asked if I could use their printer - keep in mind the paperwork says the same thing if it's on your phone vs if it's printed on paper. The tech, Maria, nearly laughed me off and said "we don't do that". No understanding, no compassion, nothing. No other places are open to print it because it's 6:45 in the morning. Maria was completely rude and heartless. I left hysterically crying and will likely need to wait another 4 months due to Quests failure at the first visit and backwards, nonsensical policies at the second. I would never treat people this way. I would never run a business this way. read more

The lady who did my blood was so nice and gentle and quick. I barely felt a thing. However there was a lady in training in the room too who literally couldn't figure out anything. Not very reassuring to have to watch somebody ask how to do every single thing when entering your info on the computer. Literally it took her 10 minutes to enter 5 pieces of information. I could have sat behind the computer and done it all in less than 2 minutes. Then the same training lady took my dad back and wouldn't let me go too. I was very worried she wouldn't know what to do or would hurt him since she didn't know anything about the computer. I wanted to be with my dad since he's very afraid of needles and gets nervous. Why did we have to be guinea pigs for the person in training. I feel like you should have to agree to that if the person doing your medical work isn't a professional. Overall I'm grateful the lady who took my blood was so amazing, but I wish she could've been the one to do my dads too. read more

I am here waiting for one hour and asked the front desk if she had any idea how long it would be. The girl behind the desk had a snide remark and was down right rude. It is a factory here and the help apparently are very unhappy people. Maybe another quest location would be better, don't know. unfortunately you ARE at their mercy read more

I was extremely impressed with Val. Did not expect this much empathy, positivity, and just plain "nice-ness". To top it all she was able to access my vein wit just one try. I have such difficult veins that even with ultrasound it has been difficult to access veins. I am very grateful to Val. read more

This review is for the Quest lab at Good Sam in wpb, which for some unknown reason Yelp doesn't list. I've been there three times; the staff was always competent and cordial, but the first two times I was kept waiting a full hour even though I had an appointment. It wouldn't have been so bad if the waiting room had been quiet, but an obnoxious boob tube was blaring. I thought nothing could be worse than Faux News Channel, but both times CNN was droning on and on with mere speculation, and not an iota of news, about that damn Malaysian jetliner. Unbearable! Today I had my third visit. I wised up and made a morning rather than afternoon appt. That awful idiot box was still blaring away, but I had to wait "only" 10 or 15 minutes. All businesses including restaurants and offices should stop forcing their damn TVs on us! read more

If I could leave no stars I would (cliche I know). I used to go to this location because I always got in and out and they were very good phlebotomists with my thin veins. Well clearly from what I experienced and what I've been reading, the tables have turned... it was packed when I got there but I chalked it up to lunch time. They fairly efficiently checked me in but that is when the experienced turned. The woman who took my blood should in fact be fired for how unbelievably terrible she is at her job! She was of few words which is fine but then grabbed my right arm, since it was more convenient, and blew through my vein! I Didn't even know it was possible to make as big or as instant of a mess of my veins as she did. Bruising is one thing, I had an instant clot that was as thick as the gigantic gauze she put on me. I only had three vials taken and every time she changed a tube she moved the needle along with taking off the band and even pulling the needle out... SHE MOVED IT! Pictures are worth a thousand words so the firsts are immediately after and the other is from yesterday.... I had blood drawn a week ago and I still have tremendous pain and hardening around the needle spot! read more

The only good thing about this Quest is the location. It's located in a nice building. The service is horrible. Apparently this is the only office that is unable to look up your insurance information without your card. Though their other locations have the capability. It was clear the older woman behind the desk was unwilling to assist me. All she could say was "how am I suppose to look it up". When I mentioned with the phone # & member ID (as every other office does) she stated "they don't do that". That's absurd. Clearly pure laziness. I will never return to this location solely based off the customer service I received. I'd rather drive to a further location to avoid a snobby attitude & waste of my time. On a good note for Quest, the plantation location is awesome! I was in & out in less than 10 mins with no issues regarding customer service (also did not have my insurance card & received no issues). read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I checked in and had a question and the lady said sit down and they will help you when you get inside and I said I just want to make sure you do this test here before I sit and wait 30 minutes and be told you don't do it here and she said "didn't I just say I wasn't going to help you" and I said do you have a manager and she said I am the manager and said she knows she is rude. After I sat down she did the same to a 93 year old lady who can barely hear. They do not care about anyone here and it is sad to see that. No one even looks you in the eyes or gives you a little bit of respect or comfort. Disgusting. read more

Very worrisome first impression. My appointment felt rushed, staff was terribly inattentive at best, unable to understand their own equipment at worst. Basic, obvious details like my height were mangled on my form. We're talking off by a foot, which, in my mind, immediately calls into question the accuracy of my blood work. If you can't read a scale or height chart, I don't want you interpreting my blood results. On the plus side, my appointment time was entirely on schedule, which is generally impossible. read more

My doctors's office wrote my lab prescription incorrectly for a lipid test without fasting or triglycerides. I spent an hour with my doctor's office to correct it before going to Quest. I was assisted by Cheryl, a nurse with 30 plus years experience. She took the time to make sure my prescription was correct and then proceeded to draw my blood on the first try. I have tough veins and I was very impressed. The whole experience couldn't have gone better. Cheryl was very friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again. read more

I called a few days prior to make an appointment for a Saturday morning. The quest representative told me I could just walk in to this location and that they opened at 7 am. I got there around 7:30, there was no one waiting in the waiting room. They told me I needed an appointment or could not be seen. I asked them if they could please see me as I need to be fasting and what I was told by their representative. Guy was stone cold says those are the rules- no appointment we can't see you. They didn't even try to accommodate me, no patients were even there. Very disappointed! read more
