Terrible experience on 02/17/2026. I arrived a few minutes late, the check-in system didn't work, and no staff were at the front desk. It took 1 hour 40 minutes for the manager, Ms. Alien, to appear--she was rude, loud, and yelled at staff in front of clients. She ignored those waiting, treated me aggressively, and showed zero professionalism. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you enjoy bad attitudes and disorganization. read more

Major cross contamination!! Phlebotomist did not change gloves. While wearing the same gloves she opened the waiting room door to call my name, typed on the computer, and used a pen. Then she handled a urine sample, (mind you still in the same pair of gloves) and then began typing on the computer again and with those same nasty gloves handed me a signature pad for me to sign my name with. I made sure I washed my hands thoroughly and sanitized after leaving her room. read more

The lab did not have all the equipment it usually has. My wife was told they did not get a delivery of butterfly needles etc. We asked about the tech who usually draws my wife's blood. They said she was off and they did not know when she was coming back to work. They sent us to another Quest lab in Boynton Beach off of Hagen Ranch Road. We were treated extremely nice. The blood draw took two minutes plus we were told that the tech who normally draws my wife's blood was ill and they did not know when she was coming back. Will use this lab in the future. The lab workers on Military Trail have a piss poor attitude. read more

I have to update my review because I feel it has been going down hill at this quest since my last review. Now it's almost impossible to just walk in. Every time I've tried there will be a huge group of people waiting. My girlfriend tried just waiting once and it was like over an hour and a half. So you should have an appointment and most of the good times lots fill up fast. The last time I was here they did a terrible job drawing blood. I never have any issue getting my blood drawn. They always get it in one shot and it's pretty painless. This last time they decided they were going to draw from the middle of my arm, not the elbow area where they have been doing it since I've been getting blood drawn. I didn't notice until I had already been poked. Initial poke wasn't that bad so I didn't think much of it. However the area hurt all day and now 2 days later it still hurts and is all bruised. Why would you draw blood there??? It's not like they even tried other areas and couldn't get a vein or something. They went straight there. Worst blood drawing experience I have ever had. read more

Terrible service!!! My mother came on time and waited for 30 minutes. No one explained anything why nobody works with her. She was late for work. She filled out an online form. They accepted. And then the people working there started saying that she was not on the list. Then they said that she would not have an app. All this was in a rude manner! In the end, they accepted her and took blood. The nurse was also rude and incompetent. Her whole arm was covered in blood. We do not recommend anyone to go to this office. Lab stuff (and we're not talking about your doggo) On an annual basis, I go to doctor, doctor sends me to lab, labs does lab stuff, doctor tells me to stop all my bad habits. Wash, rinse, and repeat. Quest is one of the two larger firms out there to get the blood letting done and I thought this one was run well. Made my appointment online, showed up at the appointed hour and after a very minimal wait, I was in the chair getting my blood drawn. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wasn't surprised after reading reviews to be greeted with nothing other than rudeness the second i walked in. The staff acts like it's not their job to help you check in or find an appointment time EVEN WHEN THERE NOT DOING ANYTHING and talking in the back about the patients. I walked in for a drug screening keep in mind time sensitive and they said they were understaffed at 2:15 even though the tablet said find someone to talk to by 2:30 if your a walk in and I was rudely DENIED. Parking is moderately available in this lot. My appointment was for 10:15 am on a Tuesday. I walked in & checked in at the check-in kiosk. Barely two minutes passed & I was called in. Gigi (Gerry) was so sweet & had an excellent bedside manner/patient-centered approach. The other staff members were wonderful too. I will definitely be returning here when I need blood work again! This was THE worst experience! My daughter JUST got out of the NICU with her baby, who is still on oxygen and a heart monitor - after 95 days. She had been fasting until her 11:00 apointment for a blood draw. She has NOT left the house other than to go to the doctor. The woman who took her blood was SO RUDE!!! She was mad my daughter was the FOURTH person who did not have an actual prescription, but an electronic one. She yelled, "They are watching me and I have to take too much time doing this electronically!" She blamed my daughter for YOUR inadequacies! It was so bad, she made my daughter cry!!! Worst Blood Draw I've EVER had. I'm 78 have had major surgeries, Cancer survivor, am NOT on blood thinners or a daily aspirin, and I've NEVER bled nor experienced such pain before or EVER by a Technician drawing my blood. She is a female woman of color, did not give me her name, and did not have the best bedside manor. I left totally shaken in tears and pain. Fortunately I went back inside and David was most professional, took me back immediately, changed the dressing, and calmed me down and advised I keep ice on my arm for next couple days. This is by far the best Quest location that i've been to (and i've been to a lot). I've gone to this location now 4/5 times and will continue to come here even after I move. I waited a total of MAYBE 5 min after i checked in and then was already called in. It was fast, painless, and i was in and out within 15 minutes. David is by far the best and nicest phlebotomist. Such a great staff. Also they have a more simplified check in kiosk which scans your ID and insurance and saves directly to your file. Highly recommend. read more

I made an appointment for 12:40 on NOv.30, 2022, and when I got there I entered all of my information, waited 30 minutes, went up to the door and the woman told me she had no record of my having signed in. I was getting the second one completed, which required Darsha to input many codes. I apologized that my order was causing so much extra work. She smiled and said that was fine. Waiting room was clean and following COVID protocol, as a matter of fact, they came out into the waiting room and told people to put their masks up over their noses. This place is absolutely horrible. The manager man is really nice but the workers are awful. Shakena was incredibly incompetent and very rude. She doesn't understand medical codes, how to type in an address or insurance information. I'm really not sure how she got hired for this role. The process takes forever. I find it a little bit ridiculous that the employees are given the opportunity to refuse a walk-in appointment. I was just at the office on military by woolbright and refused service when nobody was even in the waiting room. They said it was by appointment only for the last two months which is ludicrous. I have to give blood for a new medication too see if the levels are right. The lady who had to get up out of the chair she was sitting in inside the waiting area told me that I must have an appointment. I have an appointment but it's two weeks away and I really shouldn't wait two weeks on medication to strong if they clearly had the ability today. read more

Absolutely the worst experience. I came in for routine bloodwork for my annual physical. I did not have an appointment. After going to another location that did not accept walk ins, I called the company and asked where was the nearest location that took walk ins. I was unfortunately directed to this location. After signing in, my one year old son and I waited 5-10 minutes before a large man came out to inform me that they weren't taking walk ins today. This would have been fine if he wasn't so nasty about it. There were no signs posted stating that they weren't taking walk ins. He told me they were short staffed and couldn't help me... Mind you, the waiting room was empty. He told me to come back tmrw lol never will I be going to another quest diagnostics... I ended up going to labcorp and had a great experience even tho they too were short staffed. I also tried to contact corporate to make a complaint and that phone number doesn't even work. Unlike the sea of retirees, I was there for a quick draw before work. The girl at the front desk and the second phlebotomist were capable and friendly enough but had no guidance or leadership, so their potential was far from realized. Their lack of communication obviously originated from the boss. I was taken back around 10:00, no one said a single word to the anyone in the growing crowd of patients sitting in the waiting room listening to the loud hag in charge arguing loudly in the back about how much her job sucks. Yes, she has a loud voice and everyone heard every word she said. I kept my mouth shut, it's not a good idea to complain to someone about to stab you with a needle. The phlebotomist quickly drew my blood but said the job was miserable because of the awful person in charge. I've been here twice, the first time was only marginally better, the lead person is actually a decent phlebotomist. But she does not have any business opening her mouth in healthcare. Quest, clean house and start over, you have a serious problem with this location. The girl up front has potential and the second phlebotomist didn't even leave a mark.
