I was in and out in 2 seconds. Fast, fast, fast. And no I ain't never been skeered 'o dem needles 'n 'at. Ya just gotta buck up for the sting. I lift too, so my veins are easy to find. Everytime I have something like this done, I always get a deep-voiced yinzer chick who sez, "Oooh you got big arms! Lookit dis guy!" And at the ungodly hour of 8 A.M. I needed a chuckle. So if you screw up at work, gotta pee in a cup, or need pricked for whatever test life throws at you, make an appointment here, online yet. Imagine that.

You just walk right on by it and don't even give it a second thought. With my recent change in insurance this is where I have to have all my labs drawn now. It's a bit of a hassle because it's an extra stop, but it is what it is. This particular location is kind of tucked away on the outskirts of the Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg. When I say tucked away, it is tucked into a corner where the overpass takes you to the mall. From my experience with multiple Quest locations, this one is rather large in size. The waiting room has more space which makes it a better experience and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of the other people waiting their turn. There is no receptionist, you use a touch screen to check in and just wait your turn. Your wait time is displayed on the TV in the waiting area and once you are called back you do your thing. Technicians are quick and friendly.

I advise you to make an appointment bc you can get out of there faster( useless they're very busy. She's by herself) and has been kind and efficient and understanding. They did move from behind Starbucks's in beaver, to the plaza across from McDonald's close to vanport on rt 68. (Main Street of beaver). Quest needs to have employees that are just as good as Dottie has been to me.

A close friend of mine went to this lab today and was berated for being 7 minutes late. She is…read moredisabled. The lady, and I use the term lady loosely, she is not a lady.. not even nice. My friend never got her labs done because something was wrong with the script. She was berated for straight 20 minutes. Another tech came to look at the script and agreed with the tech. She said nothing about the other woman's behavior. Is this who you hire? I'd close before I would hire anyone like these too. I will be calling corporate about this incident tomorrow from SC. I will never use Quest for anything.
