A technician was assisting a woman through the door while I was at the computer entering my information. The same technician came out and asked if I made an appointment. I said I did. I told her, " You saw me at the computer when you were helping the woman." She went back in the office, came out and said "no appointment." Again I told her I made the appointment, got a time and verification. You saw me. She refused and took the man that made an appointment after mine. My appointment magically disappeared. Probably because it was close to closing time. She was not only unprofessional, she was rude. Should not be working with people. I will NEVER go there again or recommend that location to anyone..

It is one light before the entrance to the turnpike entrance. My phlebotomist was helpful and friendly, and she knew how to take blood without being painful. Because I had an appointment, I only had to wait about five minutes--the time it took for her to finish the person ahead of me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and the medical facilities are clean and comfortable as well.

However, upon arrival, I learned that the appointment was at a different location. The lady who came out first (to call someone else back) was very nice and said to just make an appt and they'd help up since they weren't busy. So, I did. The lady that came out for us, though (a different one) was VERY rude. I mean really rude. I mean, so rude that we walked out and refused to let her near us with a needle. The very first thing she did was fuss at me for making the appointment at the wrong location. I said I didn't know there was more than one location, to which she replied that she's told me that quite often. No, she has not. She's never even told me that once, since this was the first time I'd made it at the wrong location. When I told her she had never told me that before, she went off on me about how she has, many times. I was like wtf? Apparently every time I go there. Never mind it had been at least a year since the last time I was there, and she wasn't the person who helped us. My only regret was that I didn't get her name. I still can't believe how rude she was. And then she had the audacity to say she wasn't being rude when I said we were leaving because of her rudeness.

I came today to get bloodwork and these ladies were extremely nice. I have been to a nearby quest location and it was nothing like this one. The ladies are in a rush to get it done and don't really care how you feel. I'm not sure if I just got lucky this time, but the women here were amazing. I was extremely nervous before we even started. The doctor, I believe her name was Becky, took me to a room where I was able to lay back in an actual recliner. Like one you would have in your living room. Although I was now comfy, I was still over the top paranoid of the needle. The doctor went and got another woman, who came in to do the blood while she held my hand, which was a great help. I felt like a 2 year old getting a shot. They talked to me the whole time to distract me and honestly it went better than ever. If you have a fear of needles, try this location. These doctors seem to have patience and compassion which was a great help for me getting through the appointment.
