However, upon arrival, I learned that the appointment was at a different location. The lady who came out first (to call someone else back) was very nice and said to just make an appt and they'd help up since they weren't busy. So, I did. The lady that came out for us, though (a different one) was VERY rude. I mean really rude. I mean, so rude that we walked out and refused to let her near us with a needle. The very first thing she did was fuss at me for making the appointment at the wrong location. I said I didn't know there was more than one location, to which she replied that she's told me that quite often. No, she has not. She's never even told me that once, since this was the first time I'd made it at the wrong location. When I told her she had never told me that before, she went off on me about how she has, many times. I was like wtf? Apparently every time I go there. Never mind it had been at least a year since the last time I was there, and she wasn't the person who helped us. My only regret was that I didn't get her name. I still can't believe how rude she was. And then she had the audacity to say she wasn't being rude when I said we were leaving because of her rudeness.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I will NEVER use Quest or recommend Quest to anyone. I will, as a nurse, tell people to avoid Quest. I feel like I've been scammed. People don't pay out of pocket for testing they don't feel is urgent or necessary. The phlebotomist told me the results should only take one day!!!!! Too bad you can't talk to the clinic where the service was performed.

1. I complained of testicular pain and saw PA Amanda Coutour. She never examined the area, wrote a…read morescript for an ultrasound for the wrong area, which meant I paid for an ultrasound I didn't need. And I had to go back for a new script. 2. Saw Dr. Toocheck the second time. He wrote a script but it didn't have the correct info on it either. While at radiology, I had to call Premier back and coordinate between radiology and Premier because Premier wasn't answering radiology. Took an hour. 3. When I finally saw my PCP for my annual checkup, Dr. Jana was unapologetic and unempathic for my financial and time troubles with Toocheck and Coutour who are his colleagues. I complained of testicular discomfort and he belittled my concern, stating it was a small cyst. When I noted it could have grown, he scoffed. 4. This is all after a secretary made me schedule a mid-year follow up for another matter, and when I came in Jana apologized, said I didn't need to be there, yet I was still billed. I'll be getting a new PCP in a new group. While I was there for my annual checkup I overheard two other patients grumbling and complaining about PRemier. Don't go there. Incompetent and they lack empathy.

Again I told her I made the appointment, got a time and verification. You saw me. She refused and took the man that made an appointment after mine. My appointment magically disappeared. Nothing fun ever happens at a Prometric site, and you can't really get excited about a place you go…read moreto take 8 hour multiple choice tests. That said, if your educational situation deems that's what you're about to do, the Monroeville Prometric isn't a bad place to end up. Parking is plentiful, and they do a decent job of temperature control in the building. The lockers are decent sized. Bathrooms (locked and around the corner) are clean. The employees are friendly even when enforcing security measures, which is a pleasant change from a previous Prometric experience in another state. They offer some free water and coffee, but if your exam is long I suggest bringing your own drinks and snacks. During one of my exams we ended up with a storm-caused power outage leading to a 20-minute delay, but it all was handled smoothly. Not somewhere you can get really jazzed about, but if you're taking an exam here, Prometric won't be the worst part of your day.
