I went through a number of different tests with my PCP, ENTs, neurologists, and even dentists (for what was thought to be TMJ disorder). Not one of these doctors has been able to diagnose the underlying cause of these health issues. I spent the past 5 years going to the chiropractor, acupuncturist, nutritionist, along with a number of other doctors and specialists in an effort to find some relief from my symptoms. Finally, I found Dr. Cole. I had been following his work for quite some time and decided to become a patient of his about two months ago. Dr. Cole and his team have become instrumental in my healing journey. After 5 years of suffering and not knowing what was truly wrong, I have answers, I have a path forward, and I have Dr. Cole and his team to support me. However, upon arrival, I learned that the appointment was at a different location. The lady who came out first (to call someone else back) was very nice and said to just make an appt and they'd help up since they weren't busy. So, I did. The lady that came out for us, though (a different one) was VERY rude. I mean really rude. I mean, so rude that we walked out and refused to let her near us with a needle. The very first thing she did was fuss at me for making the appointment at the wrong location. I said I didn't know there was more than one location, to which she replied that she's told me that quite often. No, she has not. She's never even told me that once, since this was the first time I'd made it at the wrong location. When I told her she had never told me that before, she went off on me about how she has, many times. I was like wtf? Apparently every time I go there. Never mind it had been at least a year since the last time I was there, and she wasn't the person who helped us. My only regret was that I didn't get her name. I still can't believe how rude she was. And then she had the audacity to say she wasn't being rude when I said we were leaving because of her rudeness.

Too bad you can't talk to the clinic where the service was performed.
