Quests always seem to be everywhere, but somehow hide in the background. Like they are physically there, but you do not notice them while you are out. You just walk right on by it and don't even give it a second thought.
With my recent change in insurance this is where I have to have all my labs drawn now. It's a bit of a hassle because it's an extra stop, but it is what it is. This particular location is kind of tucked away on the outskirts of the Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg. When I say tucked away, it is tucked into a corner where the overpass takes you to the mall. From my experience with multiple Quest locations, this one is rather large in size. The waiting room has more space which makes it a better experience and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of the other people waiting their turn.
There is no receptionist, you use a touch screen to check in and just wait your turn. Your wait time is displayed on the TV in the waiting area and once you are called back you do your thing. Technicians are quick and friendly. read more
