She didn't bother to give me any cleansing wipes for the clean catch. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had while having blood drawn. If Quest doesn't ever want walk in, then they shouldn't allow them. I just wish UPMC didn't prefer Quest for their bloodwork, so I could go elsewhere.

She tells me they 'll (my company) not give me another order number for a return visit and I told her "of course they will !" The nerve of that place. I have been here twice now to the Outpatient side of things at this building. Once for a CT Scan…read moreand today for a Abdominal Ultrasound. The first time I came in I was there at 9AM and it was quite busy but the lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was called back after a bit of a wait but the place was packed with mostly older people waiting for tests of all sorts since they do lab work, scans, and all sorts of things. Once back and in the CT room I was on the table and getting scanned and a few minutes later I was ready to go. This morning I had their very first appointment at 7 am and got there a little early at 6:35. I was the very first person at the whole building! LOL So I waited and they all arrived and I waited and headed in at 6:59. I got to the door before they did and they opened it right up and I got signed in. I sat for about 5 minutes while they were getting me checked in and then they came out and gave me papers and I had to go from downstairs to upstairs where they had their women's care and associates as that is where the do all their ultrasound imaging/tests. The lady in there came out in about 5 minutes and called me back and got the test started right away. She was very nice as is everyone that works there and once all the images had been taken I was ready to go! I really like how easy it is to access their location and how friendly and caring the staff is. They do a great job! With the CT I was told my doctors office should have the results in 2 days and 2 days later sure enough I got a call from my doctor's office with the results! I highly recommend using their service for all your testing needs!

My friend never got her labs done because something was wrong with the script. She was berated for straight 20 minutes. Another tech came to look at the script and agreed with the tech. She said nothing about the other woman's behavior. Is this who you hire? I'd close before I would hire anyone like these too. I will be calling corporate about this incident tomorrow from SC. I will never use Quest for anything.
