Total chaos as people try to check in using a kiosk because it's all automated, everyone is having issues including this poor 90 yr old man who could barely stand, he had an appt but the time was incorrect in their system. Finally a lady came out and told him he could wait all day possibly so he ended up leaving after an hour as did I. I had an appointment and checked in on time yet still waited for over a couple hours. People needed help and there's nobody to help, dumbest set up ever. Waste of peoples time. Quest "lost" my reservation, so had to make a new one in office. Then waited 15 minutes past my appointment before I was taken. When I was shown my vials to confirm name and birth date, I told them it was wrong. I was asked if I was sure. I had to give her my ID, even though she had my orders in front of her. Poor experience, would not recommend unless you have an appointment. They claim to "accept" walk-ins, but in reality, walk-ins are not integrated into their workflow. Unless there's a cancellation or no-show, walk-ins are essentially ignored. As a result, you could end up waiting for hours. (I write this review as I have been to other quest and never had this experience before) First off, certain quest won't allow you to preform employment drug test, nor make an appointment. So you have to walk in as a standby. I waited 3 hours for this... I can understand if things are busy sometimes, but you should be able to hear the staff laughing and talking about their personal life to one another while people have been waiting for hours. Some who have been holding off going to the bathroom, or are not able to eat before a test. Maybe don't have a walks in welcome sign in the front, if you are constantly turning people away and encouraging them to come back another day. Professional time wasters. read more

!!! This lab is extremely unprofessional, and my fiancé's life was put at risk due to their malpractice. They failed to ask which arm to use, ignored him when he told them he takes Coumadin and has a life-threatening condition that requires weekly blood tests. The phlebotomist blamed us for their mistake, and the supervisor, , dismissed our concerns, focusing only on the pressure applied and wrapping not the real issue. Patients have the right to choose which arm is used and to refuse if something is causing pain. Instead, the phlebotomist violated my fiancé's rights and even threatened to call the police on us. It's sad to see someone who would discriminate against an elderly person simply because she only spoke Spanish. He should learn that he is in the service industry. We just got off from this lab and no one helped my Mom to open the main door. I just noticed that one male employee just looking at her and not bother to assist her with the door. This male is large build with eye glass and looks mid to late 30's. Never go back here and would not recommend this lab. Poor customer service and not friendly. Horrible customer service, everybody is rushed and rude. At first I was under the impression it might have just been the person helping my mother who had a nasty attitude but I was wrong it was all the employees. An elderly man was asking a question about using their check in system and the lady he approached was rude and condescending. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Quest's appointment system is very well organized. This is my go-to location for labs. The waiting room does get busy at almost all times of day, but the phlebotomists process patients in a very timely. manner. I have only had good experiences at this location so far and every phlebotomist has been very professional and I have not had any issues or complaints so far. I had the worst experience trying to go in for a simple drug test. There is no front desk so you check in through an iPad and the wait time was about 30 minutes at the time. I noticed that my name had been removed from the standby list once so I put myself down on the list again. I waited for an hour just to find out that my name was again no longer on the list. I asked one of the healthcare providers that came out to call someone in what had happened to my name on the list. She rudely asked where had I been because they had been apparently calling my name for a while. I told her that I had been there waiting for almost and hour and a half waiting and not once was my name called. I asked how it can be resolved and if I should put my name down again for a chance to be called and she said to just look at the board and see if my name was there. Not only did they waste my time there, but they completely ignored the fact that I had been waiting for longer than the initial 30 minute wait time and refused to help me out. read more

Confirming the appointment was fast and easy going. The facility was clean and organized, peaceful and fast. They gave us tips as well for the next lab appointment for better access. She tries to scare the patients away by telling them that it will take hours for this location to take us in, even though the website says 11 minute for the wait. The little Hispanic lady who checks you in raises her voice at you in a hostile way to wait in your car. At the end, I left this location near went to different location where they were a tad bit nice. Overall, I'd avoid this specific location. read more

-My review is for the phlebotomist. I have never felt so much pain after getting blood drawn, not even when I donated blood! -First of all, easy to find the building. Lots of parking available in the lot. I came in around 2:20pm on a Wednesday. Checked in was easy as I had to use the iPad. I was about 20 minutes early to my appointment and only waited around 5 minutes to be seen. Sort of nice receptionist lady, but nothing much to complain there. -The tech was an older Hispanic lady with short short blond hair. She was nice, but her skills are the worse I've felt. She didn't have a problem drawing blood from my veins, but it hurt a lot. I have never felt this much pain during getting my blood drawn. She was quick and I was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. -Right away I felt soreness as I was walking back to my car and pain while driving back home. Two hours later it is very painful to just even extend my arm. I do have a small pool of blood where I got poked and a developing bruise. I can just imagine how it would be with a child. It is not suppose to be like this. I've had other phlebotomists drawn blood and barely felt a thing! -A day after and I have a huge bruise where she Inserted the needle. I will never go come back again to this location. I should have known better to come here by reading their crappy Yelp reviews. They need to hire better techs, it's ridiculous. read more

Scheduled an appointment online for my 8 yr old and my 5 yr old one week in advance. I chose the earliest time which was 8 AM. We arrived at 7:50 AM and checked in online. Literally no wait time! Got called into the back room before 8 AM. The waiting area is clean. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names but the two staffs were friendly, informative, and made my children feel comfortable. Four vials of blood per kid, less than 5 minutes, and we were done. The only con I have to say about this location is that they do not have a receptionist, you would have to check in yourself via your phone or the check-in kiosk in the front. I know not everyone is capable of doing especially for the elders. It is a challenge for the technicians to draw your blood, answer questions and assist where needed. But overall, 10/10 highly recommend this location! read more
