I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job! While waiting for the work to be completed the rep pressured me heavily for getting another repair done that should've cost another $350 but he quoted me $1000 and pressured me heavily to get it done. I had to decline two or three times before he accepted "no" for an answer. The waiting area was clean and everyone else I dealt with was pleasant. But I felt like I was getting ripped-off with a smile.

Had it towed in on a Monday night and received a call with the diagnosis at 9:15am Tuesday morning. Communication from the staff was the best out of any car repair service I have used. Far superior than the dealerships. Picked it up Thursday afternoon and it was running like a champ. Price was what I suspected for an alternator and a battery but had to be less expensive than the dealership. S&S quoted 3 hours labor and the dealership said 8 over the phone. Will 100% use S&S again.

If Les' didn't know that the heater didn't work, they should have, and as such, should have disclosed the fact that it didn't work. I purchased the part that needed replacing ($110.00) and did not even ask to be reimbursed for the part, but only requested that they help with the cost of installation since they share a building with a mechanic. Donna was very smug and condensing In her refusal to even consider helping me and basically told me "Tough luck". Terrible customer service. If your buy a car from this place, I'd highly suggest having YOUR mechanic check out out because they don't do anything at Les' but drag them into their lot and hooe that you can get it home after they've got your money.
