They put a new batter, new tire sensor, oil change. Little did I know when I went in for my first oil change at Subaru a list of way past overdue maintenance services were overlooked by Acura. I ended up spending over $1200 dollars to get the car up to date. Nothing on the vehicle history report stated that any of these required services were completed and when Subaru checked their records none were found on it either. I'm very disappointed that Acura did not take care of this before selling the vehicle. At this point I will never do business with them again in the future.

One word to describe what we just experienced....Unbelievable!!…read moreSo, our daughter's boyfriend has been looking for a car. They found one that he liked and asked if my husband and I could come meet them to look at it. They're young and Daddy is pretty smart about things so it's only natural that they would want someone on their side to help. We drove out to C & C Motors on Chapman Road in Chattanooga. They had been there for almost ten minutes when we arrived and no one had come out to speak to them. When we pulled in, a man came around on a golf cart. He started basically grilling the kid on his credit and if he had ever financed a car. He told her boyfriend that he would have to have a cosigner or he couldn't get the financing and then started to just drive off. I asked him to hold on a minute and that we wanted to test drive it. Stated that he didn't need to just dismiss the kid like that and he told me that I would have to leave a deposit and that someone would have to go with me on the test drive. My husband told him that was ridiculous, that we have two cars on the lot that we drove and who asks for a deposit to test drive a car?! He drove away! I was shocked and thought "ok, let's find someone more professional than this guy." I walked up to the door and asked him if the owner was there. He said he was and walked away so I followed. He walked down the hall and came back and very rudely stated that the boss was in a meeting with his father and it would be a few minutes. I told him that was fine, that I didn't mind waiting. The owner came out a few minutes later. I put out my hand and introduced myself. He ignored anything that I had to say and told me that if I was ready to do business, he would take a deposit and find someone to ride with me and that if I wasn't ready to deal then basically I could get out. He then turned around and walked away from me. Absolutely the worst customer service and one of the most unbelievable experiences ever! When I attempted to speak about how his "salesperson" treated the kids, he said "here you go, ma'am" and walked over to the door, opened it, and basically kicked me out of his "dealership". I believe that I just met the two most disrespectful people in all of Chattanooga! We took our daughter to buy her car at Honda of Cleveland and it was a spectacular experience! I am thankful for that and I feel like a young persons first car buying experience should be like that. Poor kid has gotten the exact opposite from both times we have gone to check out something that he likes. :( They are running a very shady business over there and the reviews for them show that left and right! I would definitely stay away from that lot and feel free to share away!! As a parent, even for those kids that don't belong to me, I want things to be happy and healthy memories and experiences. Never would I ever recommend this place to anyone because you will definitely leave there with an awful taste in you mouth. Their website says that their mission is "to provide the best customer service while facilitating a fun, hassle-free car buying experience".....so not true! It is actually the exact opposite! Kindness and respect go a long way and there is absolutely zero kindness or respect at C & C Motors!! It is very clear why they have so many cars on their lot.. Would give negative stars if it were possible!!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:…read more Whatever you do, don't ever buy a car from River City Auto, LLC. I have purchased two cars from this dealership in the last 4 months, with the first one having black mold in the back end of it. They begrudgingly worked with me on the car and told me I could return it and get a different car. The car that I ended up buying was a Toyota RAV4 that they told me the only issue on it was a leaky radiator hose that they were going to fix. Turns out that leaky radiator hose was actually a blown head gasket. Driving home from the beach last week my radiator blew and left me and my family stranded on the side of the interstate. Come to find out the radiator blowing was caused by a faulty head gasket. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of somebody to help me at the dealership, Ray, the owner finally took my call. He then went on to tell me just how unresponsible he felt for the car and the repairs. Ray, the owner of 50 years, told me that there was no possible way that the car had an issue before I bought it. Yet, it was obviously having radiator issues before I purchased the vehicle, according to their records anyway. So obviously, they did not care or shall I say "feel responsible" then either to look into the issue, but instead put a bandage on a wound that was going to end up costing me thousands. I'm sickened by the way Ray runs his business and will be reporting him for his lack of "responsibility". You've been warned.
