    Terrible front desk service. They called me to confirm the appointment then when I arrived they said there is no appointment in their system and have to leave the car and pick up at the end the day.

    Contract that they never fulfilled.  Dishonest!!! Greedy!!!!  Not to be trusted Dealership!!

    This has got to be the most greedy and dishonest dealership around. We ordered a brand new Sienna in April 2021 and we put down a deposit. It's now the end of December 2022 and still no car. The sales manager only called back to offer a totally different model but we must pay an $8000 mark up. Back in April 2021, dealers did no do mark ups. I'm sure they sold many Siennas in one year and 8 months later to other buyers with a huge mark up. They refuse to give us one because our contract didn't have one. They are crooks and not to be trusted. Do yourself a favor and go to another Toyota dealership.

    I recently purchased a car on April 1st and on May 7th, while driving on the highway, one of the tires on my car burst. As a result, I had to come back to the place where I bought the car on May 8th to get the tire changed. However, I were charged an unexpectedly high price of $740 for just one tire, As we know my car pretty new! Never come to this Queensboro Toyota again !

    I walked into the dealership with no hopes of buying a vehicle. However, sales representative Chris (CJ) and finance consultant Jeffrey made it easy to buy from Queensboro. I did consider buying a new Toyota Highlander but I liked the 2018/19 model ride. I was very clear from the beginning to CJ my expectations and felt that he was very respectful of my time. In no time I drove tested the vehicle, which drove well. CJ was professional and honest, something very difficult to find. When I met with Jeffrey (finance rep) i told him very clearly what I would be comfortable with and he was able to work a good deal for me. Jeffrey was clear and answered all my questions which I had plenty. Good to know that there are individuals who are reasonable and will work with you regardless of low inventory and high demands. I will definitely go back to Queensboro. Thank you guys!

    I will add pictures of how I picked up my car after 4 weeks of service and a $5,000 bill. The case is now in the hands of the attorney General and i will be discussing with the district attorney for fraud charges and my lawyer. The car is at Manhattan Toyota for further service. Avoid this place at all cost. These people had the audacity to bill for a license plate bracket and the car still has the original license bracket from Hillside Toyota. The attorney General has enough for fraud. I will keep posting the outcome of this case. I will not let it go until Justice is served. You cannot keep screwing customers with no accountability.

Although it can be mind-numbing boring waiting for your car to be serviced., I find that time flies once I'm waiting. They have a nice set up for people -Internet connection snacks and TV. I was in Buffalo for a year and I never use any of the Mazda's Upstate because I really trusted this particular location . So thank you for taking care of my car as usual not only does it help to have reliable mechanics but having a customer service that really does go the extra mile is important!     Worst place ever brought my car here for service and they had my car for two weeks. They did…read morenothing same problems, same issues and also bad communication. There was something wrong with my suspension and they claimed I denied the service which I never got a called to decline anything, they were supposed to change The engine mount and they did not change anything only tighten screws and changed the rubber for the engine mount. Don't understand. How did these guys have my car for two weeks and did nothing ridiculous I do not recommend this place. But last but not least I was told I will get a call for what they did to the car. It's been literally two weeks and I still have got no call from the assistant manager which she told me she was gonna call me and never did just terrible.

I came in with a TrueCar price on a used car with nearly no miles on it. They honored the price (which, I'll admit was the sale price on the car at the dealership) and the taxes and fees added were actually LOWER than the estimated fees TrueCar gave me. We shook hands, called our car insurance, ran over to the bank, and came back ready to drive off that day. Once we came back, we were brought to the main building without much explanation to wait for, it turned out, the guy who does the financial and legal part and closes the deal. We were told "5 to 10 minutes" but it ended up being over 30, and nobody was able to tell us who or what we were waiting for until the guy was finally available. All things considered a minor bump in an otherwise overall positive experience. We came home that day with the exact car we saw online for the "excellent price" we saw on TrueCar.

I worked with Malik, and on the day I finalized everything, I was promised that the car would be delivered to me. That delivery never happened. We were texting back and forth about it, and then suddenly his phone was off for about three hours. I genuinely thought I had been scammed and even went as far as canceling the insurance on the vehicle. He later called back saying his phone had died, but instead of delivery, I was told I needed to drive from Brooklyn to Woodside, Queens at 9 PM to pick up the car. I didn't get home until 11 PM. On top of that, I was given two keys, but one of them did not even belong to my car. When I brought this to his attention, I was told that his manager would not fix the issue because I "got a good deal" on the car. Mind you the key is $1,000. I attempted to contact the manager several times and never received a response. There was also an issue with the driver-side speaker not working. They initially agreed to fix it and said they would order the part, but after that conversation, they completely stopped responding to me. Overall, once the sale was completed, the customer service completely disappeared. Based on my experience, this dealership operates in a very unprofessional manner and does not stand by its word. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I will be filing a complaint with nyc dmv next.

Tried to make a deal on a 2025 WRX 2 weeks ago . the process…read morestarted when I inquired for this car online earlier in the week , stating on my inquiry that I could not talk on the phone during the day and could you email me since I work 10 hour days as I am not allowed to be on the phone during work hours . I got a few basic emails that said call and we can talk. I sent another email back asking some questions. Pretty much those responses were not getting me the information I wanted . So i decided To ask them to give me a phone call after 3:30 on a Tuesday or Wednesday, I never got a phone call.. I decided I would drive drive all the way into the city from Hudson County New Jersey to try to make the deal on early Saturday morning . I was introduced to a salesman who was a very nice guy. But seem to be a little new at the job , we started talking numbers. I knew what I wanted to pay but we were off on the price to make a deal by $200. And after the salesman went back-and-forth to his manager seven or eight times with the deal I wanted , they stayed rock solid for $200. I wanted the car for 41,000 out the door, they would not budge off of $41,200. Then I was like OK I'll pay the 41,200. Then The car I was trading had aftermarket wheels. I asked the salesman if they could swap the stock wheels back on to my trade. I had the stock Wheels . i just needed them swapped and wanted my aftermarket wheels back. He asked the manager and they said, no, but we can get the shop to do it for you and you could pay for it. Which I was shocked they wanted to charge me to do this. I'm buying a $40,000 car and you can't get this done for me as part of the deal. I have done deals like this at other dealerships, on other new car deals. Never had a problem. So I ask how much would it cost me. So the salesman proceeds to calls the service shop and they say they will charge me $250 to swap my stock wheels back on. But they can't do it that day. I was still in shock that they wanted me to pay and could not put it in the deal for me.. Every other dealer has done this for me in deals and never had a problem switching wheels for me at no charge and throwing it into the deal. So i say.... OK, you know what keep my Wheels. I just want the car at $41,200. I was getting very aggravated and frustrated at this point. But I wanted the car. So i said fine lets do this. I was their first customer in the show room on a Saturday morning 9am . I said I want to take the car home today. To my shock, i was told Well you can't have the car today. We have cars in front of you we have to prep to deliver today. You have to come back sometime next week. I looked at the salesman and said I drove all the way from Hudson County New Jersey to buy this car. They still told me no , I had to wait . Now mind you the car was on the showroom floor and was clean and ready to go.. Absolutely terrible. I have never seen a dealer, especially if you're the first customer of the day. Tell me that I could not have the car. To me i though car sales 101 , never let the customer leave . I can understand if it was late at night, but it wasn't. I was the first and only person there.. And if you think I'm not telling the truth about the deal. I have a picture of the work up of the deal with the numbers on it . They Would not budget on $200, would not throw in swapping the stock wheels back on wanted to charge me $250, would not give me the car the same exact day and wanted me to travel back for it later in the week. Never been treated like this at a dealer . And I was polite and calm the whole time. So we did not make a deal. I got up to leave and they did not even try to stop me. I decided I was going to go to another dealer in engelwood NJ . Which I should've just gone to in the first place and not made the trip over to New York. I made a deal in NJ in about 30 minutes, not only did I get a better deal, but I also got an extended warranty for five years, five free oil changes. The dealer volunteered to swap my wheels off my trade-in for free and they threw in the extended armrest on the WRX . I was in and out of the second dealership within three hours. had my new car that day. Koeppel is the worst run dealership I've ever seen in my life absolutely terrible. I never even got a follow up call from the dealer asking if we could figure out how to make a deal. I don't know. Maybe they just didn't like me. Absolutely shocked and disappointed.
