    Wonderful customer service, a clean quiet and comfortable waiting area to wait while you're car is being taken care of. There is a clean bathroom, a coffee maker, mini fridge full of cold waters and comfortable chairs. Not much more you could ask for. The kia service people are really wonderful- professional and let you know about anything they find in inspection as they go through! Shannon is the service manager and is so wonderful and responsive! I guarantee if you have any question or issue w your car, she will take care of it for you. The address for the service center is just one block parallel to the showroom- the address for the service center is 41-05 34th Ave!

    Horrible horrible place. I leased a Kia Sportage from this crappy dealership a few years back. I called them and discussed my options and CONFIRMED that a black one will be available. I turn up and not only ended up wasting 4 hours but also was told that only red color was available. Maybe they thought "red is the new black" or maybe just completely color blind. I purchased the car after the end of the lease and moved to California not long ago. I once again got so upset seeing ridiculous work they put in while changing the number plate. The holes for bolts were poorly drilled and they damaged the screw threads. You imbeciles had one job to do and still managed to screw up. Tsk tsk tsk

    I wouldn't send my dog here to get fixed. They are horrible and rob people. Came in with one problem now I'm leaving with another. They tell me now they have to do another diagnostic. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They deserve no stars. Do not buy a car from and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER. Came in for a tire complaint. I don't know why my mirror signal is no longer working. Last time she scratched my front bumper. THEY SUCK

    If I could give 0 start I would TRUST THE REVIEWS they are full of shit. They lie to you tell you it's a certain amount and when you ask them for copies of paperwork's they come up with some bullshit saying they can't give you things under your NAME very unprofessional they don't like to help customers. I came in to get a car they tell you everything is good leave the down payment we left 1000 down payment we came back the following day and they said that we still had to give 2000 more down payment keep in mind we told her that we weren't going to give more down payment she even agreed and helped us find a car that was cheaper next day we come in when they had already said congratulations on the car you can pick it up and said we had to give 2k more she lied to our face and said she had never agreed to anything now I hope this review doesn't affect me getting my money back because they just scam you. Will keep update on my refund they have a paper in the front desk that says the money will be given back in 2-3 business days let's see how that goes today is Friday 11/21/24 I'm hoping to get the money back on Tuesday or Wednesday. One last thing don't expect them to help you if you have an issue management is also bad they encourage them to overcharge you when she was helping us she even talked shit about her manager and they give you dirty looks all the time. COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

    by far the biggest scam! Was pre-approved for a GLC…read moreMercedes-Benz on Capital One Auto Navigator ($20k). Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!
