    How I've tried -- Lord knows that I have tried to accept what I see as unacceptable, to quickly and continuous change the subject in my mind when committee is in session, holding a meeting that I don't desire to attend. So country mouse has finally killed and buried city mouse leaving any possibility of rewarming this once red heart to this miserable and crumbling place where I was born and bred. I guess we don't get to make that choice early on, but you can't deny the feeling forever either with wistful hopes of relocating and continual youthful misgivings. And if I don't go now -- then when? So instead of reoccurring bouts of getting defensively plastered, I went to buy a new vehicle, a big vehicle -- one that will comfortably shuttle me to the northern woods then maybe Mexico. My earthern world is moving too fast here and I'm tired of changing the brake pads. I told this all to Imran my salesman, I sensed he had something to offer me by his thoughtful expression and signalled me to follow. Towering over Rogues and Ravs with its eight foot top, I couldn't wait to sink my eyeteeth into what I could see from the lot across the street. I sat in and it snugged me, then I turned the key and Vrooom.. There's just something about a V8 -- once you have the power you never want to let go of it and with a 5.7 liter engine, one ton towing capacity and an interior cabin that seats fourteen, Imran suggested wonderfully. - Now paid in full and sitting pretty at home, my NV3500SL will undergo a few modifications then we're off. I'm bringing back the 'ole American tradition of the Roadtrip -- and just in time too..

    Their computer system is not up to date what ever you did with the financial person such as being a platinum car warrantee package the service department or salesman or parts don't share that information so it works against you the customer for example ; I made an appointment for service but the appointment person saids I don't know nothing about your platinum service or loaner speak to your service advisor indicating that your not getting a car but other dealers give you an appointment according to the date they will have loaner for you!! It's a riff system ! I have 2 complimentary oil change for 1 year I tell the service advisor he saids OK and I still get charge but don't tell you you need to bring the paper to show us!! SHOULD NOT THIS BE ON THEIR COMPUTER? That's why I'm telling you it's a rigged system to get money from you and nothing in return! Buy your car else where!!! Then they give you your car fill Ty dirty!!

    Bought a 2019 car from them. The next day i noticed a fly in my car. Thought nothing of it. Until the next day I noticed four flies in the morning. I pulled my car apart and found they sold me a car with maggots. The manager tried to tell me the car was detailed before i bought it. Obviously not if there are maggots under the tire in the trunk. Took it back to them within the week for them to do the right thing and detail my car properly. They literally only cleaned out the part I pointed out and not even well. On my way home two more flies appeared. I called back and the manager never bothered to call me back. Give your business to someone else.

Cassandra in particular always takes care of me with a bright smile, congenial personality and she always makes me feel like I'm family. Communication is clear I always understand what's going on . Although it can be mind-numbing boring waiting for your car to be serviced., I find that time flies once I'm waiting. They have a nice set up for people -Internet connection snacks and TV. I was in Buffalo for a year and I never use any of the Mazda's Upstate because I really trusted this particular location . So thank you for taking care of my car as usual not only does it help to have reliable mechanics but having a customer service that really does go the extra mile is important!     Worst place ever brought my car here for service and they had my car for two weeks. They did…read morenothing same problems, same issues and also bad communication. There was something wrong with my suspension and they claimed I denied the service which I never got a called to decline anything, they were supposed to change The engine mount and they did not change anything only tighten screws and changed the rubber for the engine mount. Don't understand. How did these guys have my car for two weeks and did nothing ridiculous I do not recommend this place. But last but not least I was told I will get a call for what they did to the car. It's been literally two weeks and I still have got no call from the assistant manager which she told me she was gonna call me and never did just terrible.

I worked with Malik, and on the day I finalized everything, I was promised that the car would be delivered to me. That delivery never happened. We were texting back and forth about it, and then suddenly his phone was off for about three hours. I genuinely thought I had been scammed and even went as far as canceling the insurance on the vehicle. He later called back saying his phone had died, but instead of delivery, I was told I needed to drive from Brooklyn to Woodside, Queens at 9 PM to pick up the car. I didn't get home until 11 PM. On top of that, I was given two keys, but one of them did not even belong to my car. When I brought this to his attention, I was told that his manager would not fix the issue because I "got a good deal" on the car. Mind you the key is $1,000. I attempted to contact the manager several times and never received a response. There was also an issue with the driver-side speaker not working. They initially agreed to fix it and said they would order the part, but after that conversation, they completely stopped responding to me. Overall, once the sale was completed, the customer service completely disappeared. Based on my experience, this dealership operates in a very unprofessional manner and does not stand by its word. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I will be filing a complaint with nyc dmv next.

Tried to make a deal on a 2025 WRX 2 weeks ago . the process…read morestarted when I inquired for this car online earlier in the week , stating on my inquiry that I could not talk on the phone during the day and could you email me since I work 10 hour days as I am not allowed to be on the phone during work hours . I got a few basic emails that said call and we can talk. I sent another email back asking some questions. Pretty much those responses were not getting me the information I wanted . So i decided To ask them to give me a phone call after 3:30 on a Tuesday or Wednesday, I never got a phone call.. I decided I would drive drive all the way into the city from Hudson County New Jersey to try to make the deal on early Saturday morning . I was introduced to a salesman who was a very nice guy. But seem to be a little new at the job , we started talking numbers. I knew what I wanted to pay but we were off on the price to make a deal by $200. And after the salesman went back-and-forth to his manager seven or eight times with the deal I wanted , they stayed rock solid for $200. I wanted the car for 41,000 out the door, they would not budge off of $41,200. Then I was like OK I'll pay the 41,200. Then The car I was trading had aftermarket wheels. I asked the salesman if they could swap the stock wheels back on to my trade. I had the stock Wheels . i just needed them swapped and wanted my aftermarket wheels back. He asked the manager and they said, no, but we can get the shop to do it for you and you could pay for it. Which I was shocked they wanted to charge me to do this. I'm buying a $40,000 car and you can't get this done for me as part of the deal. I have done deals like this at other dealerships, on other new car deals. Never had a problem. So I ask how much would it cost me. So the salesman proceeds to calls the service shop and they say they will charge me $250 to swap my stock wheels back on. But they can't do it that day. I was still in shock that they wanted me to pay and could not put it in the deal for me.. Every other dealer has done this for me in deals and never had a problem switching wheels for me at no charge and throwing it into the deal. So i say.... OK, you know what keep my Wheels. I just want the car at $41,200. I was getting very aggravated and frustrated at this point. But I wanted the car. So i said fine lets do this. I was their first customer in the show room on a Saturday morning 9am . I said I want to take the car home today. To my shock, i was told Well you can't have the car today. We have cars in front of you we have to prep to deliver today. You have to come back sometime next week. I looked at the salesman and said I drove all the way from Hudson County New Jersey to buy this car. They still told me no , I had to wait . Now mind you the car was on the showroom floor and was clean and ready to go.. Absolutely terrible. I have never seen a dealer, especially if you're the first customer of the day. Tell me that I could not have the car. To me i though car sales 101 , never let the customer leave . I can understand if it was late at night, but it wasn't. I was the first and only person there.. And if you think I'm not telling the truth about the deal. I have a picture of the work up of the deal with the numbers on it . They Would not budget on $200, would not throw in swapping the stock wheels back on wanted to charge me $250, would not give me the car the same exact day and wanted me to travel back for it later in the week. Never been treated like this at a dealer . And I was polite and calm the whole time. So we did not make a deal. I got up to leave and they did not even try to stop me. I decided I was going to go to another dealer in engelwood NJ . Which I should've just gone to in the first place and not made the trip over to New York. I made a deal in NJ in about 30 minutes, not only did I get a better deal, but I also got an extended warranty for five years, five free oil changes. The dealer volunteered to swap my wheels off my trade-in for free and they threw in the extended armrest on the WRX . I was in and out of the second dealership within three hours. had my new car that day. Koeppel is the worst run dealership I've ever seen in my life absolutely terrible. I never even got a follow up call from the dealer asking if we could figure out how to make a deal. I don't know. Maybe they just didn't like me. Absolutely shocked and disappointed.
