I love Nilofer and Ziba!!…read more a quick back story: I was going to Anastasia's in Beverly Hills for a few years. I was at the mall one day and noticed a girls eyebrows. They were gorgeous! I went to ask her if she also went to Anastasia's and she said no. I asked where she went and who did them. She said Nilofer at Ziba in Artesia! :) The following day, I booked my first appt with Nilofer. Well, that was over 22 years ago!! I never went back and I've been with Nilofer ever simce. She's the master artist behind my absolutely gorgeous eyes brows for over 22 years!! Not only does Nilofer have a keen and sharp eye for her craft, but she is also very sweet, kind and compassionate. I look forward to my appts with her and love going to Ziba for the Zen vibe and friendly and warm culture they have fostered. Note: Nilofer does five services in every appt for me bc she is the only person I trust with my face and anything else. :) I'd give more star ratings if I could, but we are allowed five. Nilofer and Ziba deserve 11 out of 10 Stars!! Top tier indeed!!

It's partially technique and partially instruction (I needed to hold my skin more taut, but she didn't correct me). She does very precise threading work, but I could feel her getting very close to my eyelid. As much as I like the look, the scabbing and cuts make me never want to return. The skin around your eyes is delicate and should be treated as much.

The more you go, the more familiar Brigette becomes with your skin, so I feel like I get a customized facial every time I see her. Sometimes my skin needs more TLC in certain areas and she'll focus on that. Also, she's a great to have a conversation with! However I have consistently gone to queens nails now for three straight months and I have been so pleased with the service and cleanliness. Specifically the nail art and shaping from Jolie!
