Holy smokes, what Phi did to remove my husband's callouses is nothing short of a miracle. My husband is in the army and his feet have so many callouses it's like a loofah. Sorry, TMI. Phi recommended the callous removal and I can't believe how soft his feet are. I would share a photo but this isn't that kind of website. My pedicure was also great. Sanitized supplies and very clean. Their massage chairs are great, too. I appreciated the lack of aggressive upsell. Currently located inside of Lena's salon. EDIT** they reached out to "make it right" and then blocked my number when I called and texted!!!!!! Text stopped going through and when I call it goes straight to voicemail. Which is what happens when you get blocked. I would avoid giving this place your business. Super sketchy!!! They only responded to make them look good but they weren't going to do anything. I was SO disappointed in this place and I am so sad it wasn't great! I came here for my wedding nails, after 3.5 hours and being called a "picky bride" so many times I left with one of the worst manicures I've ever had. I wasn't being picky, she was just terrible at painting on French tips. I wanted extensions with a French tip chrome. The chrome was is over my cuticles, and uneven on my nails and the French tip they painted each finger by hand and they're all different lengths and thicknesses. My toes look great but they were just white and no design. I think this place can do the bare minimum just fine, but anything additional is French tip, ombré, etc. hard pass. My MOH came too for ombré nails and they looked SO awful. Probably worse than my nails. They were not blended. They used a brush to blend and there were brush strokes. Her nail tech was even ruder than mine when we tried to ask for her to fix it. Both our fiancés (now my husband) could tell the nails were bad as were used to much better nail techs where we live in Washington. We came back so upset especially because these were for my wedding nails. Don't waste your money or your time coming her for anything other than a basic manicure or pedi. The ladies were super rude to us. It shouldn't take 3.5 hours for a pedicure and manicure. Biggest waste of $170 I've ever spent. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

Hands down the best nail salon I've been to. I'm not from Kihei but came here from a neighboring island so if you're visiting or live here this is the place to go!! Phi is the nicest person and you can tell she's passionate about her craft. I got the Maui manicure which comes with hot towels, 15min arm massage and shoulder massage. I decided to get a manicure for my birthday weekend, my first time getting my nails done in the 2 years I've lived on Maui. This salon has great reviews including customer images but my manicure took an extremely long time which I would have been okay with if the end result showed it but instead I wasted 1.5 hours and $70+. Of course I paid and tipped the artist. She was friendly I guess but I felt like I was a bother to her by the end of the time in the chair. Sat in my car and cried before heading off to another salon to get my nails redone. Will not be returning to Queens. Original review: Fantastic! We messaged them through yelp late last night about popping in with four of us getting mani/pedi's next day, and they were prompt in responding! We HIGHLY recommend the Maui Mani- the massages they give as part of this service is out of this world! All four nail technicians assisting us were friendly and respectful- Donna helped me, and was incredibly detailed with her work on my nails. We booked appointments for massages again for next week at the end our vacation. 10/10 would absolutely go again and recommend to anyone looking for great service UPDATE: Coming back for a 14-days-later update because this might be the best manicure I've ever had in my life. Granted, I don't get manicures on the regular, but I've treated myself a lot in my high school and college days. Great place for a quick massage, much needed after hiking the trails on Road to Hana. My BF and I made a 30 min reflexology appointment around 3 PM on a Sunday. Place is small with few massage chairs and table for nails. The owner there is very sweet, had great conversation during the massage. They sit you in a massage chair while there's warm footbath and massage with hot stone at the end. Price for 30 min reflexology was $35, pretty standard and cheap for maui since all other massage we looked at was $70~$80 per hour! Overall, friendly service with amazing massage~ Would highly recommend coming here for a massage, would love to come here to get my nails done my next visit. read more

Small salon with great people. We were able to see the ocean from our pedicure chairs which added another star to this salon. The deluxe pedicure was just what we were seeking, relaxing, soothing and thorough. Both manicurists were friendly and attentive. Sorry we didn't get their names to give them credit. The one was super engaging and shared her story of enjoying sweet Indiana corn, which is our home state. We really enjoyed the complimentary Vietnamese coffee too. We all know getting a mani/pedi can be expensive here on Maui. I have to say $55 is decent but you do get what you pay for. If you're going for minimalist this is exactly what you get, yes they soak your hands and feet they do file and clean your cuticles but really more effort could've been put into it. For one the cuticle trimmers needed to be sharpened. Every cut of my cuticle felt like she was pulling on them instead of cutting, that was a little uncomfortable. The nail polishes they have were old, like dry sticky old. I opened a few to see the color inside and openings were crusty and the polish was tacky not very fluid. Even the clear she used, she had to continually wipe the opening because it was so dry it became stringy every time she dipped the brush in and out of the bottle. As far as I can tell there is no a/c, for Kihei that's a no brainer. There is a fan that made it comfortable but if it was in the middle of summer, the a/c better be on! Why 3 stars you ask? There was no wait time, parking is available in front, the lady gave a good massage although it lasted less than a min per foot and hand. They use plastic covers for the pedi bath, making it sanitary. Otherwise the shop is on the small size and could use a deep cleaning and better organization. They do offer massages and facials in the back room. Would I go again? Probably not. I would pay $10 more dollars at another shop with better services. Just a note, I did not take a photo of my manicure. I only asked for clear coat and didn't bother taking a photo... sorry read more

The staff were nice and took us the same day which was nice, but the job was rushed and there was minimal attention to detail. My daughter's nails we're cut in like 4 different places.
