As we requested, they played low, soothing Hawaiian music in the background during our treatment. Tionna was mindful of my right frozen shoulder, while still providing the type of pressure levels I requested for. The front desk staff was also friendly & welcoming. We would definitely come back & recommend this business.

Finally remembered to Google the business to find it was a more natural form of hair removal. Been here twice now & I was able to get an appointment that same week. The door is locked right up until your appointment time, so don't think she forgot about you. Was greeted by Hailey & led back to the room which smelled amazingly like her lemongrass oil she was diffusing. Had my lip done both times & I like that she checks through the magnifier & tweezed the hairs that were missed. I've become a jumper when it comes to hair removal needs. Checking out all that have had good reviews. Sugar Maui is one to add for the south side for sure. Hailey is so sweet & just so full of positive energy. Go see her if you're looking for a more natural form of hair removal that won't leave you with those little pimples.

Booking is a challenge right now because Julie is in transition between setting up the new…read morelocation. I was glad I insisted on booking her, and that she reached out through Yelp. Julie does so many things - hands, nails, lashes, so many different types of massages, etc. If I lived in Maui, she would easily be my one-stop shop for everything. Massage - Hands down, probably the best massage I've ever had. She targeted my shoulder and neck area because they were my most knot-filled areas and it was amazing. Her massage and pressure points felt like they had purpose instead of me being randomly punched. I had to force myself to keep my eyes open so I wouldn't fall asleep and not be awake to enjoy the benefits. She also gave really great advice and educated me about certain pressure points to take with me to future massages. Lashes - Refills looked even better than what I remembered having. Overall - I feel like Julie got the short end of the stick. The $170 price for the best 90-minute massage and lash refill for the quality I received in return was phenomenal and I can't wait to go back to her for all of my beauty needs when I'm in Maui. Thank you, Julie!

My hair was not healthy enough to warrant spending big money. Yet, I wanted a professional to look over my hair and help me to get it to a reasonable state without cutting off a huge chunk. She was on time, friendly, and, though I was concerned that the cut was "dry" (no wash and blow), and I believed that is a bad move for my curly/wavy hair, her confidence alleviated my fears. She did a fine job and I didnʻt lose too much length. She also recommended a great brush which I purchased on site.
