When I asked for a discount, Mai tried to make me feel guilty by mentioning she had worked non-stop to fix my dress. MIND YOU, she had 2 entire weeks to work on the same. Would have been happy to pay extra to have this done correctly. I did explicitly tell them, "no new piercings". This is perhaps my fault and a learning experience - materials like leather should be brought to a shop that specializes in leather. However, I would have rather them simply refuse to work on this item than create new holes in the item. I am not asking for anything - I will simply have this redone at a leather specializing shop.
