I walked in at noon, and immediately, I was greeted and asked what services I needed. Anglea guided me to my seat, and waxing services began. I was highly pleased with how she did my face wax. My face can be tender after a while, and ladies, you know what I mean, and some of you men out there also. On with my pedicure, French black tip Angela is a blessing, and I felt like she knew not to over scrub my feet as I'm ticklish. The service isn't good and when nails are done bad they act like they don't see it. *Might be a long review* Well, this USED to be a good shop for me to go to for a quick mani,fullset,pedi. As of lately due to Covid making them close and reopen the service has really went downhill. They've raised their prices (understand due to Covid putting them out of business for some time) but the service has been crap. At first it was cash only, (they have a ATM inside it charges $1 and some change fee.) Yesterday they were accepting debit/credit (which they charge $0.50 fee.) I've went to this shop a couple of times since they've opened back and I was left dissatisfied. I tried to give them another chance, but I'll be spending my monies elsewhere. I went into the shop on 3/1/21 for a eyebrow wax, gel manicure, and gel pedicure which cost me $70.50 total. The lady that did my services was rushing. The spa chair she had me sit in did not work. She didn't cut my cuticles down good, she didn't clean up the polish edges, when I pointed this out to her she just scraped the sides with her hard ass thumbnails and it's still messy. I didn't receive a foot or hand massage. Then she moved me out of the chair I was in to the one beside it so another patron can sit for a pedicure. She didn't wipe the chair down for the patron between our services, and she was rough pushing my hands underneath the gel lamp. Needless to say that I did NOT experience a $70 worth relaxing service! My pedicure didn't come out that bad, but my manicure looks amateur AF. read more

Horrible horrible service. My mom waited 1 hours in line just to go inside and the pedicure lady didn't want to take her. They argued back in forth in their language and they told her they didn't want to do her nails! What kind of service is that?! That's why I stopped going to this nasty ass nail place. They double dip when they wax. They fill up their brand nail polishes bottles with cheap nail polish and then add a clear glossy polish so you can't see the cheap grainy one under that. I specifically asked for acrylic and she decides to give me gel nails without even acknowledging me. So while she gets up every 10 mins to work on another clients eyebrows she's having me wait at her station. As she's working on another clients nails, I notice a stinging sensation in my pinky nail. I look down and see blood rolling down my finger. When I looked back at her drilling my nails, she kept slipping the bit on my skin . I tried so hard to not say anything because I thought that she knew what she was doing. At the end of it she up charges me, and tells me that I'm cheating her because I don't want to pay $45 for gel nails. I asked her why she couldn't just do acrylic like I requested? In the end I got up charged again for a pedicure, from a different nail tech. She put a random pink color on my nails that didn't match my manicure. The minute you announce that you don't want gel they treat you like crap and don't want to do your nails. The pedicure tech didn't dry my toe nails and told me to dry my toes outside of the salon. Ive been going here for a few years now and I will say this is BY FAR my FAVORITE nail shop of all time!! To start off if you want to get your eyebrows done, AMY is your girl. I do not let anyone else touch my brows. Only amy! She works so fast and has you walking out like a new woman. For the nails i go with Tony. For all the years that I have been going here he has been the only one to do my nails with the exception of maybe 2-3 times and thats only because he was not there. Stick to what you know I say! I found this design I wanted at another salon that cost $120 and got Tony to do it for $35. Not bad at all. Feet i use to go to Michelle but shes had her baby and is on maternity leave so Im in search of my runner up for feet. I have been a customer here for awhile now. An easy 10 years.. from the time I'd gotten the courage to wax and keep myself maintained. Tammy was always my eyebrow architect. Kyle and Tony kept my acrylics looking great. But as time has passed things have changed. This was my SECOND time going to someone other than Tammy so I partly feel the eyebrow/lip hack job was my fault. Tammy was super busy as always and she is an older lady now. So, I folded and trusted someone else to do my waxing. Unfortunately, I was left with no arch in my eyebrows. Instinctively, I knew better. All I could do was stare at myself once I got home. My arch and too much hair between my eyebrows was waxed. I'm no rookie but she had absolutely no mercy and reminded me how delicate the skin on your face truly is. I was left with a funky "meh" expression and little wax remnants on my upper lip. All of this was happening while receiving a "gel" manicure. This is nothing new but what my nails turned out to be magnified my bad experience. Kyle left and Tony only does artificial nails (amazing work) but luckily for me I had been going to another local nail spa and received exceptional gels there. I immediately noticed the mistakes being made. My nails weren't properly buffed so you see the little rough bits. The polish overlapped my cuticles on the sides.The gloss wasn't painted on my entire nail..so it's matte on certain spots.. I was cut.. bled. I'm totally dissatisfied and disappointed more than anything. Left a small tip and made a promise to myself and my hard earned dollars to never return. I received a "hustle job" fill, where the nail tech "Amy" or Anh did a rush job on me during which another nail tech started working on me (completely unacceptable), and when she sent me to wash my hands she started doing eyebrows, so I had to wait for her to polish my nails? After I saw her take a second woman to do her eyebrows I was no longer willing to wait. There was the ticket at her station already made out for $15, which upset me because the advertise fill price is $7.99 and she told me she was charging $3 to cut down my nails, which should have been a total of $11. But instead she decided to HUSTLE me and charge $15, so that she could get an extra $4. This experience really upset me because I have done everything I could to ensure a great experience: 1. At my first visit, I let Amy know that I am looking for a regular nail lady I could trust for good nail services. She seemed nice and did cool work, so I got numerous services. 2. At my second visit, I brought my cousin who also got numerous services, so I referred her business. 3. I always respectfully tip, to show my appreciation and ensure a great next visit... and I get this.
