This was my third time coming to this salon and I was truly disappointed. My husband and I got basic pedicures. His water was cold and had been sitting when we walked in the door. Went in on Saturday 8/24 for a Full Set, and Gel Pedicure. Total came to $125 including tip. Sunday night 8/25 - 3 of my nails on my Right hand start breaking, and lifting. Specifically it was my thumb, pointer, and middle finger. I called the shop they told me come in when I can they " will fix for me". My next free day is today, Tuesday 8/27. I go in approximately 3pm. None of the original techs that worked on me were they. So the "manager" takes pictures of my nails and gives me 2 options. Come back tomorrow or have someone else fix, but they can't guarantee a match on the color of the original acrylic used. So I choose to get them fixed today. Let's be clear.. 3 of my nails were completely broken and needed to be replaced. The other nails were fine. She decided to start drilling on all the nails. Filled them in with clear acrylic, and gave me 3 new nails as well. Only when she was done with those part did she decide to tell me, that she gave me a $35 fill but she was only going to charge me $20. I was baffled.. THEIR SHOP gave me a bad set. THEIR SHOP chose to repair the nails despite the original tech not being present. This new person "Nina" did a horrible job. She cut my skin, couldn't match the shape, and left me with lumps in my gel, acrylic under my nails and glue all around my skin. She was so rude, and rough, I didn't even feel comfortable speaking up in the moment. I feel like she was angry she had to fix someone else's mistake, and took it out on me. I was taken to this nail salon by a friend. If it were up to me I would've picked elsewhere; since I've been to their other location and their work isn't very good either, tbh. I went into the structure it was very open. Very clean. Very nice people. The products they used I haven't ever smelled b4 but I can say they took very good care of my feet. They didn't try to push no add ins or nothing to the price. I went there to get a gel fill for my acrylic nails and a regular pedicure. The shop wasn't crowded because I came in early like around 11 on a Friday. I walk in and was greeted nicely and was told to sit in the massage chair the pedicure and a lady started my pedicure. Another lady was doing my nails at the same time. When my feet was finished they ask me to wash my hands and they would move my stuff to the lady's station to finish my nails. They were finish in a timely manner.
