Waited over an hour to be serviced, finally called to chair and was told they accept cash only. They have signs posted that they accept ATM and credit cards for a $1 fee. I made myself known when I walked in and stated that I was only there for a pedicure, and they told me the wait would be over an hour, I was fine with that, they could've let me know they only accept cash at that moment as well. I went in to get a full set of acrylics and it was such a terrible experience not only was she rough when she was buffing and shaping my nails but some of them started falling off a week after I got them done and she drilled into my cuticle as seen below. I have a hole in my nail that caused an infection. Don't go here even as a last resort. read more

I tried it out when a friend suggested i should go. Ever since I tried it, I love getting my pedicure done by Kim. She does them very very veryyyyyy fucking nice. Besides her being very nice she takes her time, does the right procedures for a mani-pedi (took a cosmetology class) and actually helps you out. The previous salon I went to wouldn't really care much about the preparation for your toe nails like Kim does. She put some kind of serum on my toenails because I was losing some of my nail bed making it thin and had a black spot although it burned like a bitch (cause I would CONSTANTLY get gel) but it got rid of some black spot (fungi) on my big toenail that randomly popped out of nowhere when I was at the previous salon at LA Nails Spa down Central and Gage. Plus it's not super ghetto there compared to the previous salon unless some unnecessarily loud raggedy person comes in. read more

I think everyone should come here they are soooo good & nice & they give you massages on your legs hands feet and arms and your arm muscles!!! Okay so where to start? I've been here more than 10 times i can say. Sometimes the service is good other times its bad. The place isn't clean at all, i've seen roaches. I look past that i guess. Only 3 workers, and in the mornings not always are all 3 there. Nancy &Lily are the best for everything. The designs i haven't gotten but my friends have and did not like. $15 for full set. They hardly use the chairs to give your feet a massage and stuff. Nail polishes are old. Although since it is near me and i don't drive i always end up here. Communication is hard with them at times. The nail cutter for fake nails are nail cutters -____- not like other salons that are a specific nail cutter. But oh well, i like nancy & lily they are sweethearts and they know me and my mother well, so i keep going. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! I had the worst experience today and I will never come back again. The owner John is rude and obnoxious. I came in today for a manicure and a pedicure at 1:30 PM. I specifically told John that I wanted a manicure and pedicure and that I brought a friend with me who wanted the same. It was busy and after waiting 2 hours, they let a regular customer go in front of me. I was not happy about that and I said something. So they assigned me to a spa chair and I waited another hour. By the time John comes over to start, I no longer want a pedicure because I've waited entirely too long. So I get a polish change instead and wait for my manicure. I needed to soak the gel off my natural nails and wanted to do that while I waited more but he did not prep me. As a matter fact, he continued to do other people's nails and ignored me. When my friend said something about it, I said to her that I no longer wanted anything else done because a 3 hour wait is not acceptable. Then John starts yelling at me like he's lost his damn mind. I went off on him and told him that he better not EVER speak to me that way again, and that I will never come back to that filthy, raggedy, nail salon again. I watched them use the same tools on different people and their customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I ended up going to Mai Nails & Spa on Figueroa and the service was much better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Not many workers and sometimes they can get pretty busy that's why they lose a star but they do GOOD work... The owner which i believe is the lady who sits in the back by the tv is the BEST... They have massage chairs now which is cool... The staff is always nice i love coming here read more

I've been to this nail shop at least 4 times. Some were good and some not so good experiences. One of the ladies that did my nails was very attentive and sweet but then it sounded like she was laughing and joking with the other workers in their native language. They were all laughing and it made me really uncomfortable. The other time I went I couldn't decide on a color and the guy had an attitude cuz I couldn't decide and it took me like 2 seconds to pick. I think I also got athletes foot on my feet because they forgot to change the lining to where you put your feet from the last customer. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more
