From the moment I walked in, the customer service was terrible. No one greeted me. The first thing…read morethey said to me was, "What do you want?" in a rude tone. I showed them a reference photo and clearly said I wanted exactly that design because I know some salons say they can't do certain shapes or colors. Instead of being helpful, they immediately responded, "We can't do it exactly. We do similar," with an unprofessional attitude. Throughout the appointment, the technician kept pulling and jerking my hands instead of handling them gently, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail work itself was horrible. The design looked nothing like the reference photo, the shape was unflattering, and the overall quality was disappointing. I came back the same day because I genuinely didn't like the result, but they refused to fix it, saying it was "too soon." I paid for a professional service and received poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero willingness to make things right. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon.

Not only does she consistently do an amazing job on my nails, but her nail art is incredible. No matter what design or idea I bring her, she pays attention to every detail and always exceeds my expectations. It's hard to find someone who is both talented and genuinely cares about their clients, but Lena is exactly that. My nails always look beautiful, last well, and I constantly get compliments on them. Update on my gel manicure!…read more My gel nails came off 5 days in. They started to get caught under my hair day 3! A gel manicure should not be peeling that fast, especially when I'm on vacation. The paint is litterly lifting off in one singular piece and I'm not doing anything! The price they charge is crazy for the nails to only hold up that long. Regular polish would of lasted longer. Very disappointing especially when they charge the amount they do for a basic gel manicure. Won't be coming back for gel here again. Doubt they will refund. Toes are still looking great!

There is nothing I value more than my time. I set an appointment for a reason. Today was my third…read moretime setting an appointment, then being asked to wait. The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.
