They sent a 10% for my bday so i thought why not. They squeezed me in on thanksgiving day, at really late notice (less than 24 hours notice.) The girls who worked on my nails were so amazing and my nails look great. She was able to sculpt my nails with just plain coffin tips, seriously was so impressed with her acrylic skills. And they got everything done so fast which I appreciate as a homebody. The price even before my discount was VERY reasonable for the services received this visit. It's VERY clean, they don't have random weird polish brands they have the nice stuff, very friendly staff, and I'm really grateful that I gave it another chance bc they are soo close to my house and I've been going to nail techs in Long Beach and the valley which is just a pain. I also didn't think I saw the man who did my nails last time as I've also seen similar comments with experiences like mine mentioning him on all their lower reviews so hopefully they figured that out. 100% will be going back to visit. On my most recent visit, I went in for a nail soak-off on my hands. The technician seemed rushed and ended up cutting my pinky during the process. At this point, I'm really disappointed and concerned about the lack of care and attention to safety. I shouldn't be leaving a nail appointment bleeding every time.
