'Queen Mary Couture,' existed as another fun find here from 'Shoreline Village,' Long Beach, CA., I learned from attending California Vibes' Festival as Event VIP. I Yelped my way here was because of Zoltar. He was sitting next to the store so that got my attention. I immediately found a mini pouch that wrote a message on the pouch that spoke to me, so I bought the mini pouch. I've been carrying that pouch in my purse since I bought it from here. This store carried a variety of items to shop and explore. To get a great trip out of visiting 'Shoreline Village,' Long Beach, CA., you need to block out at least half a day here. Cute small business. The shop owner is super friendly and encouraging. I was worried a dress wouldn't look good on me and she said to try it on. I knew the company she got it from sells for slightly cheaper online, but the options at her store were sold out online so I got them there right in her store instead for $10 more (which is basically shipping costs). The rings are adorable and my boyfriend got me one for $20. It's not expensive at all for the quality, since I'm able to find some things online for a similar or the same price. I loved the service, it's rare to find such a kicking personality. They also have mens rings! read more

I strolled into this shop with my friend and her one year-old baby to browse on our way to dinner. The shop owner decided it was appropriate to come up behind me, touch me on my back, and ask me to go to the bathroom because I felt a sharp pain in my tooth and went to the mirror to see where the pain was coming from. I asked her "please do not touch me", and she told me to leave the store and called me "disgusting"! Then she gave me the finger (see photo). She's not providing very good vibes, or customer service. Do not recommend. Also the stuff inside is cheap and tacky, in my opinion. read more

Went into this shop while on a walk with my best friend and my one year old. My friend was looking around and gazed into the mirror to see what was bothering her tooth and the store owner came up behind her, touching her, calling her disgusting and creating an all around hostile environment for My baby to be around. She proceeds to yell at us to get out of her store without cause and childishly started flipping us off through the window. I'm appalled that shoreline village would allow a woman like that to own a shop in such a wonderful location. You never know what a person is going through and should never lay your hands on another person in any way let alone be so nasty for no reason. read more

I don't know how I missed this store in my walks. Located in Shoreline Village, next to Charlie's BBQ. The store clerk Martha is very personable, although she told me not to take any pic-she was nice about it. The store is decorated so hip and edgy, and they have great prices. Loved the presentation of the scarves and clothing. Inside the display case are delicate pieces of jewelry. There are so many cute things here-something for everyone on your list. I will be back to buy that dress that I tried on, just wish they would let you take pictures to share. read more

Something pulled all 5 of my party back and we all immediately went into the store. This cute place has something for everyone, it's very eclectic and such a friendly staff. This is just one of those stores that it is hard to walk out of without buying something and if you ask why - it starts with the lady behind the counter! After eating at the high prices restaurant practically beside this place - the prices in here just scream - great deals! The place is small, but jammed pack with the most interesting items I've seen in a very long time and again - the prices certainly seem good - considering it's California - they are astounding and I'm so glad I strolled into the shop! Hard to believe the two negative reviews. I am at this shop at least once a month and I have never seen the owner be anything but sweet and helpful to her customers. A+++ customer service.
