McKinsey took me in and took out the old earring that had been too small initially and thus gotten embedded in my ear. She cleaned me up, put a new size-appropriate earring, and gave me much better instructions on caring for it to get this healed up. Not only did she help me in this respect, but she was so kind, gentle, and sympathetic through the whole ordeal. I will easily be using her for any future piercings.

I asked for what I thought was a simple line job and I some lettering and it's just a hot mess. I brought a picture and the exact font I wanted. I don't think I can even fix it. The lettering is not right below the other lettering as I asked- it's cockeyed. It has been less than 24 hours and I've already scheduled laser removal. I would rather suffer the pain of removal and scarring than go around for the rest of my life with this hot mess

The other review seems like someone who didn't clean their piercing and the stud pushed into an infection. That's on them!
