I came with some friends and while the staff was really nice, I should have ran after I saw how fast he worked on my friends. This is a permanent process and I think a little more time would have helped everyone have nicer tattoos. My tattoo is terrible. It's the worst of the three. I asked for what I thought was a simple line job and I some lettering and it's just a hot mess. I brought a picture and the exact font I wanted. I don't think I can even fix it. The lettering is not right below the other lettering as I asked- it's cockeyed. It has been less than 24 hours and I've already scheduled laser removal. I wrote to him requesting an appointment, he got back to very quickly..I sent him a picture of what I wanted, we agreed on a date and time, I sent in my deposit to secure the appointment. When I arrived at the studio, it was impeccably clean, very nicely decorated and most important Jacqsun has a 100% deposable setup. The tattoo came out incredible! Jacqsun is a stickler for detail. I had a hard time getting my appointment scheduled because of his broken phone. He told me later to message him through the website. There was no confirmation of my session until the evening before and even then it wasn't until the first session that we really talked through the piece, which took a long time. Everything ended up turning out fine though. I joked with him that he needs a secretary but he prefers to be a one man show.

Seek proper help and stop lying, taking peoples money, and delivering such poor, unethical "services". I will continue to share the experience you gave me because you continue to try do poor and unethical business. Sell your shop and seek proper treatment if you can't provide proper service with mindful business ethics. Everything about you and your store is shady. If she did this to the daughter of someone she did work on and called a friend as well (my father and I), imagine how unethical she would treat an absolute stranger. This is why I'm so adamant about sharing my experience with Emma! I wouldn't want what she did and how she treated me to happen to anyone. My father is no longer friends with her and has not went back for another tattoo since the tattoo experience she gave me was so bad and unethical.
