The girl at the front desk was super friendly, and I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. I was in the best hands having Devin pierce my septum. He made me feel very comfortable & relaxed, reassuringly talked me through the process of what to expect, and it couldn't have been more painless. His instructions for care were very clear, he seemed more than accommodating to have me come back in if I ran into any issues (I haven't), and my piercing is starting to heal nicely after a week. The shop is also very safe with COVID precautions and they take cash only.

I asked for what I thought was a simple line job and I some lettering and it's just a hot mess. I brought a picture and the exact font I wanted. I don't think I can even fix it. The lettering is not right below the other lettering as I asked- it's cockeyed. It has been less than 24 hours and I've already scheduled laser removal. He at one point told me he calls it a blowout but since I'm Hispanic it's called an Edgar. He said I didn't even come in with enough hair for the cut I wanted after cutting off 4-5 inches (before and after pics included) He also told me I wasn't specific enough when I asked him why he cut the whole back of my head short. You're the barber. Ask or tell me you don't know how to do the cut. Didn't even cut it evenly on both side clearly, plus the hairline in the front is trash too.
