The salon is COVID friendly; by appointments only, wait outside until your time, and you are asked to signed a waiver. The seats are spaced out and the wash stations have plastic separation curtains between seats. I was there for a cut and didn't wait long outside before my appointment. Lori is friendly, professional, and FAST. I've been to MANY salons and stylist, and Lori, by far, is the BEST. I wanted a cut that looks good and easy to maintain since I don't have much time these days with a 11 months old. I was also going from long to short, so I was a bit nervous how it was going to turn out. I didn't really have a picture of what I wanted but just described it to Lori. She told me what she would recommend, I agreed, and she got busy! Her cut was precise and quick. I think in less than 30 min, my cut was done. And I love it. I left 2 messages on their answering machine once I heard that phrase 2 would open the following week, to book an appointment. I never received a call back. I called the Tuesday when phase 2 went into effect, I was greeted by a obnoxious, arrogant women called Genevie. I proceeded to tell her I would like to make an appointment with Paula, and I had left 2 messages, but no one returned the call. She told me, "consider this your call back". REALLY, I called you she laughed and thought it was a joke. I then asked to speak with Paula, " Sorry she's with a client". Rhen she said do you want to make an appointment or not. She gave me an appointment for over 3 weeks later, today June 25, at 5pm. To top it all off I went there today, at my schedule time and the place is closed I will never go back there again. When I found Clark my last hair cut had already been corrected by another "high end" salon in the area and my hair was at least 1.5 inches longer on one side corrected! It was so uneven and choppy I couldn't do anything for it. My first appointment Clark spent over an hour with me making sure it was perfectly cut. He listens to my wants, understands that I know what my hair will do (and won't do). Every single cut is better than the last. Not only does he listen, he always finds a way to get my hair to do what I want it to. He's skilled, creative, talented. I get a lot of split ends and he tried a simple thing to camouflage them in-between cuts. A quick brush of dye only on the ends. Made a huge difference.
