The salon is COVID friendly; by appointments only, wait outside until your time, and you are asked to signed a waiver. The seats are spaced out and the wash stations have plastic separation curtains between seats. I was there for a cut and didn't wait long outside before my appointment. Lori is friendly, professional, and FAST. I've been to MANY salons and stylist, and Lori, by far, is the BEST. I wanted a cut that looks good and easy to maintain since I don't have much time these days with a 11 months old. I was also going from long to short, so I was a bit nervous how it was going to turn out. I didn't really have a picture of what I wanted but just described it to Lori. She told me what she would recommend, I agreed, and she got busy! Her cut was precise and quick. I think in less than 30 min, my cut was done. And I love it. When I found Clark my last hair cut had already been corrected by another "high end" salon in the area and my hair was at least 1.5 inches longer on one side corrected! It was so uneven and choppy I couldn't do anything for it. My first appointment Clark spent over an hour with me making sure it was perfectly cut. He listens to my wants, understands that I know what my hair will do (and won't do). Every single cut is better than the last. Not only does he listen, he always finds a way to get my hair to do what I want it to. He's skilled, creative, talented. Never had an issue with my car parked out front while I could wait up to 2 hours for a hair cut. The reason why it can take so long Francis takes his time and makes sure he cuts your hair the way you like it. The best barber I e had in years and the best one I've had in 3 states.
