Multiple times we expressed our frustration, but were never escalated to someone to help until we cancelled. We were supposed to hear back from the manager after we canceled future service about having them come back to our house to do a call back since we were still under the supposed three month warranty, and had just paid $200 for absolutely no results, and they never called back.
