Emmy offered a complimentary dermaplaning treatment on my first facial visit and now I add it to my scheduled services every time. It really helps smooth my skin and allow it to absorb all the moisture and nutrients from the facial treatments we do during my appointment and products I use at home. My treatments have been helping my skin stay calm and healthy as I work to improve acne. Emmy creates a calm and comforting environment and I really enjoy my appointments with her, I leave feeling relaxed and beautiful. I even brought my mom once to do back to back facials and we both had a fabulous time. She really tailors the treatments to her clients and offers a variety of services to meet all of your beauty needs. Thank you Emmy! Can't wait for my next visit.

I chose Emmy because she's had years of experience and was well regarded by others in the beauty industry. Her calm voice and detailed explanation of the process immediately put me at ease. She explained that she had a nursing background and that became apparent in the way that I felt nurtured and cared for during the facial. I felt a sense of peace and calm in her studio that was beautifully decorated with agate accents, a mobile and wall art that looks like it came straight out of the Urban Outfitter catalog. What I love and appreciate about Emmy is her approach to address your concerns about your skin first and foremost. She doesn't try to up-sell any products or services, she genuinely wants to give you the desired results that you are trying to achieve. I really valued my experience and Emmy's advice on skincare.

Microblading Review…read more Service: 5/5 Results: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Communication: 5/5 Fair Pricing: 5/5 I saw Aashu at Brow Boutique for microblading services and was very happy with the entire process and the outcome. It was three steps: 1. Consult - Aashu explained all the benefits and considerations for the procedure, the pricing model, and the appts needed. She also did a sample outline of what my brows would look like using some sort of makeup so I could get an idea. She consulted on possible shapes and styles and updated the outline drawn on my face so I could decide which was a good fit. She explained what to expect with the procedure in great detail. 2. 1st Appointment - Aashu had great communication with me about where to be and what to expect. She even kept my scheduled appointment on the day of a big snow storm. She used a numbing cream that made the procedure itself not very painful. It took maybe 2 hours. She gave me an aftercare kit and detailed instructions to follow, which were pretty easy. From day 1 I didn't feel the need to pencil in my brows anymore. I had a tiny bit of itching the first week, but nothing to be worried about. 3. 2nd Appointment - This one was the same thing but much quicker. She listened to my feedback and made the small tweaks I asked for. I am very happy with the result! She was also very meticulous about keeping her hands, the tools, and the area sterile while she worked which gave me good peace of mind. I had wanted to do this for years, but was afraid to do it. I'm so glad I did and wish I'd found Brow Boutique years ago!

Eyelash extension appointments felt painful and overpriced, sometimes falling out within days regardless of having followed their care instructions. I also went here for an eyebrow micro-blading appointment and touch-up, and I really regret it. There was no brow-mapping or consultation prior to the service starting, and the tails of my eyebrows actually ended up forming a second line above my natural brows. The whole service felt rushed and impersonal, and I was stuck with misaligned brows for a year; at least that's all they lasted for.

Tammy had misleading pictures on her website and assured us the procedure would give us the results we desired but after $800 and a painful procedure, the results were not worth the time or money. IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY WORK WAS DONE AT ALL!! I called to have Tammy remediate the issue/results and at first she said she would try adding the hairlike strokes (we originally paid for but got DOTS instead) and then changed her mind and said she couldn't do anything at all to fix the problem. People don't just spend $800 for no results and an excuse that we were explained there were follow up appointments, WE DEFINITELY WERE not explained this. I would not have signed up for this if it's already expensive and needed additional investment. I will be speaking to an attorney because this is against consumer protection issue.
