Meditation definitely helps center the mind and relax yourself of all thoughts and to get engrossed in thoughts as well. There are classes every week if you so desire. Thank you. The first band was Brielle Aguila, and the second band was Yaima. Check them out, good stuff. The place is nice and large, plenty of parking for a small concert.
