I went in for my first brow shaping in years. It was the best waxing experience I have had in forty years. She was a makeup professional for 25 years and knew exactly how to shape them so I was myself, just better. It didn't hurt in the slightest. She makes sure to get the root of the hairs so they come back very slowly. I also had a divine facial. The products are really nice. Marianne is calm, kind and so knowledgeable. She isn't trying to sell you a ton of product nor does she talk too much and ruin the experience. Don't let the unassuming exterior of the salon fool you. The space is lovely on the inside. So serene and relaxing. The prices are very fair. You will be well taken care of.

Short…read morereview: - reasonable pricing - clean environment - exceptional customer service Full long overdue review: I've been getting sugared consistently for over 7 years and have seen my fair share of sugarists--so I can confidently say that Marianne is truly exceptional. I go to her for full Brazilian sugaring, and as you can imagine, that's a very vulnerable service. But Marianne has an incredible way of making you feel totally comfortable. She is professional but also extremely personable. It never feels transactional. My husband makes the joke that I'm going to my monthly therapy appointment because I genuinely enjoy my time at Radiant spa (even tho Im getting a dreadful hair removal service). Also, if you're at the salon, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Nicole. She is amazing--seriously works magic with her hands. One of the best massages I've ever had. She's intuitive, attentive, and knows exactly how to work out tension. Can't recommend these two enough. This place is a gem!

We all agreed: this was hands-down the best 90-minute massage of our lives. Every detail was perfect -- from the warm welcome at the front desk to the soothing atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. Each therapist seemed to intuitively know exactly what our sore, tight muscles needed after carrying heavy packs and trekking mile after mile. They worked out the knots, melted away the tension, and left us feeling restored, relaxed, and ready for the next adventure. We've all had massages before, but this experience was on another level. If you're a hiker, traveler, or just someone in need of true body care, do yourself a favor and book a session here. We'd give it more than five stars if we could! Also? It was totally without intent that I booked with Susan, but so very pleased that I did. Her work is quite frankly exceptional. I went with a specific issue, gave Susan my history, information from my doctor and she got to work. I was so impressed with my initial visit that I booked another appointment for two weeks later. Since then, I have been going every other week, my doctor has seen a noticeable difference in my condition. Thrilled that Susan listened and had the expertise to help. Clearly her education and experience go beyond what one might consider in a traditional masseuse. It's interesting as the patient, to tell her what's going on, see how she approaches the situation and works the problem. She totally gets how everything is totally interrelated.
