It was totally without intent that I booked with Susan, but so very pleased that I did. Her work is quite frankly exceptional. I went with a specific issue, gave Susan my history, information from my doctor and she got to work. I was so impressed with my initial visit that I booked another appointment for two weeks later. Since then, I have been going every other week, my doctor has seen a noticeable difference in my condition. Thrilled that Susan listened and had the expertise to help. Clearly her education and experience go beyond what one might consider in a traditional masseuse. It's interesting as the patient, to tell her what's going on, see how she approaches the situation and works the problem. She totally gets how everything is totally interrelated. She has been totally engaged in tracking my progress and receiving the feedback from my doctor. Office is clean, bright, COVID friendly and I am always seen on time.

As someone who's received rolfing for close to 30 years, this form of myofascial release massage was a wonderful blend of rolfing and massage. I could feel my fascia release several times throughout the massage and I'm excited to regularly incorporate this type of therapy into my massage treatments! I also saw Isata recently for a craniosacral massage and it was also amazing! It was so good that while I was on the table I thought to myself I must have paid for a 90 minute massage because it felt like I had been there for that long, but it was only 60 minutes! Lol. I've been struggling with neck and head tension that's affecting cranial nerves and this massage definitely helped. Headed back this weekend for a follow up! 2023: I went to see Sam when I was having serious shoulder and neck tightness that was causing tension headaches. She was great! She used the perfect amount of pressure and deep tissue therapy while also not making it too painful. A skill that is sometimes hard to come by. She is one of the better massage therapists I've seen in my 25 years of getting regular massage. I was stunned to learn she's only been doing massage for a couple years. A true intuitive natural body worker!! I'll definitely being seeing her again!

We all agreed: this was hands-down the best 90-minute massage of our lives. Each therapist seemed to intuitively know exactly what our sore, tight muscles needed after carrying heavy packs and trekking mile after mile. They worked out the knots, melted away the tension, and left us feeling restored, relaxed, and ready for the next adventure. We've all had massages before, but this experience was on another level. Moved here…read morein 2015 and have been looking for "that" massage therapist that reminded me of my previous masseuse that I was with for 7 years. Well, today I found her! I found Aisha and For The Health Of It Massage thanks to Groupon, which I had never tried. I googled her and read Yelp reviews before I purchased the Groupon. Her location WAS a little difficult to find, but I did find her. Her space is very cute. We went over my injury (was in a removable arm brace from breaking my arm) and we were off and running. She was very conscientious of my injury the entire time and didn't work that area, but I felt like her strokes were everywhere. She asked which pressure I preferred, and I like a good firm pressure. I was not disappointed! Her hands were amazing, I left feeling super relaxed and immediately rebooked. Her regular fees are super competitive and she offers a 5 pack deal where you basically get 20% off (like getting a free massage!) So happy I found her! Give this one a try - you won't be disappointed!

Aischa is: - STRONG - Professional - kind - and also very sweet and patient - She explains what she is doing - She asked me what i wanted - she is a good listener I felt much better afterwards. You should go get a massage from her asap. Thanks Aischa!
