As someone who's received rolfing for close to 30 years, this form of myofascial release massage was a wonderful blend of rolfing and massage. I could feel my fascia release several times throughout the massage and I'm excited to regularly incorporate this type of therapy into my massage treatments! I also saw Isata recently for a craniosacral massage and it was also amazing! It was so good that while I was on the table I thought to myself I must have paid for a 90 minute massage because it felt like I had been there for that long, but it was only 60 minutes! Lol.
