The guy was so nice and they have cheap prices! I would recommend this place out of most in Visalia!

Great place to get your smog done the lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. She said 10 min I dont think it was that. Brought both of my 2016 cars here. Also has the tracks to do 1999 and older read more

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND QUALITY SMOG! This review is 3 weeks past due. It appears that they've had some problem employees in the past. Well, this was definitely not the case with Kaylee. She was amazing with her customer service and was super quick with the smog test. She helped someone before me and i would say she definitely was great with them! She completed both test in less than 10 minutes each. I just moved here to Visalia and I'm glad I found my new smog test spot for all of my cars! Thank you Kaylee for your amazing job and most of all customer service. See you soon. read more

Employee had no respect for customers at all. He had the nerve to actually try to start an altercation with me. I highly recommend staying far clear of this establishment. Owner could not control the employees attitude towards me. After failing my vehicle he had the nerve to talk crap like he was happy my car did not pass. read more

I've been a customer of this smog shop for a decade. And whoever the staff they had working Saturday March 1st should consider a different profession. The lack of BASIC customer service is astonishing. It's strange because I've never had this experience and it's disappointing to see. My advice to the business owner would be to instruct your employees to conduct a basic acknowledgment and say "hey I see you. I'll be with you when I can" opposed to simply ignoring and literally walking through people. Rude and just unacceptable customer service read more

Quality Smog is open Sundays also. They only have a single bay. No fancy airs but it gets the job done.

Go see Jake at Quality Smog. Best place to go & so convenient! On the corner Walnut & Mooney!

i've always gotten my vehicles here. The service tech is friendly and the price is right. Another good thing is that they're open 7 days a week! read more

Solid place. Quick way to get a smog check. Next to a taco trunk for some cheap tacos. In and out within 30 min

If you need to smog your car, this is the place, the price is low and the service is fast and friendly.

Great place to get your smog done. I came by on a friday and talked to the smog tech to ask about the smog steps/procedures. I was hesitant because my 2008 car would smoke from the exhaust after really long idles. I knew that it was the only thing that could cause my inspection to fail. I have an obd2 code reader and my emissions monitors were all ready. It's a great tool to invest in to let you know if your car is smog ready. You can get a good cheap one at walmart or amazon, ebay, etc. But anyways, the technician gave me some pointers about the visual smoke portion of the test. I went there the next morning on a saturday, not even really warming up my car yet, did the smog test (no smoke because the car was not idling for long), and passed!!! The whole process literally took like 10 minutes. It will probably take longer for older vehicles though - maybe by an extra 5-10 min. The price was on point too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the staff and service of this place. read more

I came across Quality Smog through the Yelp reviews and was glad I chose them to do my smog. It was my first time getting one and the service was super fast. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! read more

I have to say it! I love drive-thru car service like I love my men, cheap, easy, and a little dirty! That's how you know you're gonna get good service! I rolled up without an appointment. The dude accommodated with a smile in his eyes because he was masked up like a good and honest Covid-fearin man. I was in the area visiting the fam. so it was a nice break to get away and have a little smog check, a little smoke break, and lickity-split! There ya have it! He was done in no time. Pro-tip: There's a gas station in walking distance. Go grab a soda pop! read more

Quick, cheap, easy to work with, got the job done. Came by and got right in and out with everything I needed to sell the car.

quick friendly service. In and out in about 20 minutes. Free bottles of water in waiting room.

Quick, courteous and friendly. Jacob was very efficient. He even offered me a bottle of cold water. Thank you.

Highly quality guy gets right to work no problem. Has hot coffee and cold waters free to costumers.

Scam, never asked me if I changed battery before doing the service. Give you this fk you attitude all the time. Don't go

Avoid this overpriced scam garage like the plague. I didn't want to go to a place right off Mooney, but I needed a smog certificate ASAP. I was never told that if I recently changed by battery or had not driven my car much that their wouldn't be enough "computer data" for my car to pass. Because of this, I was charged $40 for a failed smog test! Then charge me another $30 after I come back and drive 100 miles. What a scam, rip-off. I will definitely be in contact with city officials about this business. If I would have been told about how a new battery erased the computer data I would have never drove in. Also contacting the Better Business Bureau. Don't go here ever! read more

The 2 biggest thing for me when getting routine things done on my cat is price, quality, and speed of service. Quality Smog checked all 3 boxes. The price was reasonable and I was seriously in and out in less than 10 minutes. The shop was clean and efficient, with friendly service. This will absolutely be our family go-to for each if our vehicles. read more

Nice professional guy, very fast service and more affordable than most others. I recommend

I came here for the first time because it's the closest to my home. The guy working didn't seem too happy to be there. Kind of awkward standing outside of the garage while they test the car since there is no waiting room or anything haha. Might check out a new place next time my car has to get a smog check. read more
