The lady there most often is named Kathleen I believe and she appears to be on some type of drug REGULARLY...the other girls are very rude, uninviting and most likely to be on their phones while servicing customers. My biggest problem with this place is that they advertise "discounts" on certain days and then when I go in on that day for the discount, it is not honored and I'm told I can have a credit for my next DryClean. I just want to give Chanelly a shout out. We had a rug cleaned and unfortunately a lot of miscommunication and lack of customer service but she was friendly and helpful. I'm hoping not to eat my words after this but I have not had any major concerns with this location. I use them relatively frequently for all my dry cleaning needs. From bedding sets to completely elaborate sequin dresses, I have used them with no significant problems. The service is quick. They continue to have deals and coupons, which I truly can appreciate. The "Hump Day Wednesday" deal and the once in a blue moon "1-day Monday" deal is something I always look forward to. They lost my labcoat. Then, lied about losing my labcoat initially. This place has poor customer service. It's not even about the labcoat anymore. It's about the way the situation was dealt with. This dry cleaning facility is very unprofessional when mistakes are made.There is no sense of accountability or follow through. I had to keep calling and coming in to check the whereabouts of my labcoat for weeks before they confessed that it lost. Finally, they decided they were going to reimburse me 40.00 for my labcoat and I am getting the run around about that too. It is the principle and making a customer jump through hoops for an error at your establishment is terrible. Very disappointed because this place was close to home. Please do better. On approximately September 2, I brought a long red dress to be altered on the shoulder to the Bruce B. Downs store. I picked it up on September 14. After I tried it on, I brought it back for a redo because when they took in, another problem came up in the front part. One of the ladies in the store told me that it was better to bring it to Race Track, apparently the store where the seamstress is. The other 2 ladies said that it was something simple and just to pin it and explain with a note to the seamstress. They asked me when did I needed for and I told them that the latest will be September 25. The lady in charge told me that it could probably be before that. On September 22 (Friday), I called to find our if it was ready and she told me that the order said it was going to be ready on the 25, I told her I just wanted to check if it was ready earlier. I waited for their call on Monday, September 25 and nobody called me. On Tuesday, September 26 I called at noon and again at 2:36pm and nobody answered the phone. When I got off work, I went to the store to pick it up. I told the employee that I had been calling and no one answered and that I even left a message the first time I called. She asked me to what number I called because she didn't have a call. I looked for the number I called and called from the store. The phone rang right there, which tells me she was lying. She then told me that the dress was not ready yet. I told her that the dress was for a wedding abroad and that I was flying out that same day and I needed my dress. I was extremely upset, ready to cry. The employee called the store by Race Track and put them on speaker so I could hear the whole conversation. Apparently the seamstress was not there and the dress was not ready yet. The employee told me "I'm sorry Mrs. Morales but to tell you the truth, I don't think you will get the dress today". I was on the verge of crying at that point. I had a wedding to attend in another country, I was leaving in a few hours and I had no dress for the wedding. I asked for a refund ($44.71) for the alteration. She asked me when was I returning, and I told her that I was coming back on October 4. She promised me that she will have my dress and the refund by that day. On Wednesday, Oct. 4, I went to the store to get my dress and the refund. The lady, first told me that they have called me and talked to me about it. When I told her that, that was a lie and to get the person that said that on the phone, she changed the story and told me that she had told me to go to Race Track to have it redo there. I told her that it had nothing to do with where the alteration took place, they promised me the dress by the 25th and it was not ready. She then call the Race Track store and talked to the seamstress and told her I wanted my refund, the seamstress told her to put a contact on the computer for them to investigate and see about the refund. I have never seen such a terrible customer service. The employee at the BBD store was rude and lied to me. As soon as I arrived to Colombia, a country I had never been before, I had to start looking for a dress for the wedding, only because of the irresponsibility of the cleaners. I will not give up on my refund. I will never use Quality Plus Cleaners again. read more

WORST place! Received a shirt back with a huge hole in it. Instead of telling me they ruined my shirt, they bagged it up and returned it to me as if I wouldn't notice and just throw it away. I brought it back and had to call at least 6 times to get a response. One time they told me that they were fixing it. Really? How do you fix a burn hole in a woven shirt. Finally got a check that will certainly not replace my shirt. Good thing they threw in coupons to compensate me for the shirt. 1 out of 10 I'd give this company a -10!!!! They lose items constantly, items end up separated from one order and don't come back on time, they do not give you a reasonable amount on a check if they lose/destroy an item, which has happened to me on more than one occasion and I figured I would give them another shot, but I should've known better and not done it. On one occasion, I was at the store I go to picking up my items and the owner just happened to be there, I got to see how he treats his employees and I was not happy. I finally found out why, nearly every month their are new girls there. I had never saw an employee there for more than two months! You could tell the girl that was working was clearly upset over something, as I was being rung up, I was over hearing him tell his employee that it was her fault that the company is losing customers and that she was pathetic. Any owner of a company, that talks that way to their employees should be ashamed and maybe realize that it is their own fault a company is going down!! I couldn't believe, right in front of me, the owner of the company was talking the way he was to that poor girl! Who knows, I could be wrong and the girl could have been really pushing customers away, either way, I was a customer, he should have taken into consideration that I was standing right there and it was extremely unprofessional! I will never come back to this place and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to another cleaners themselves. Very unprofessional, poorly ran. Anyone you do communicate with that claims to be a "manager" is extremely rude. BEWARE - QUALITY PLUS DRY CLEANERS: Since moving to Wesley Chapel in October 2015 we have been using Quality Plus Cleaners primarily because it's conveniently located in the Publix plaza. I travel for a living and have found the best way to avoid wrinkled shirts is to have them individually bagged and the sleeves clipped together in the front. Despite there being a note on our account and reminding the staff every time I dropped off shirts rarely did they get it right. I tried switching to Swan cleaners based on the online reviews but it wasn't convenient enough to justify making a change. Earlier this year Quality Plus managed to loose one of my new custom tailored shirts. After a month asking about my shirt they finally admitted it was lost and asked me to bring in a copy of the receipt showing where I purchased the shirt. The shirt cost $129 plus tax and had been worn just three times. After going back and forth for a couple more months they finally told me that they were going to reimburse me for the shirt. When my wife showed up at the store they presented her with a check for $90 which she declined. I complained to management and was told that $90 was all they were willing to do. We have since changed dry cleaners and will never use Quality Plus again. We are now using Cedar Dry Cleaners at the other end of the Plaza, it's not quite as accessible but my shirts are always right and their prices are 25-30% less expensive. read more

I was first told, the price was because it was a rush, which it wasn't. Then I was told the coupon was not for household items. My husband just picked up his paramedic dress shirts and specifically told them not to crease the patches, well the patches are creased. I now have to to re-iron the sleeves now trying to get the crease out so he doesn't get it from the Chief, pretty much ruining the $9 we spent. Never coming back again. read more
