But a great plumber is only good if you can get a response from them. I've been dealing with him for several years now. Consistently I've had to message repeatedly, call repeatedly. On occasion - as the first time I contacted him probably in 2023 - he answers the phone himself, and provides info on what he thinks the problem is. And he does phenomenal work. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Nada. And still a leaking well tank. C'mon. Do better. We are done, hope you sort yourself out with other customers - I've seen several other people have had the same experience.

Owners son came out to verify it needed to be replaced and I felt better about the whole thing. However, that's where it went down hill. The warranty company approved all of it but per their contract wanted to purchase and send him a tank. No problem right? False. The home warranty company needed him to just call them and verify the part and shipping address so they could send it. Days go by. We call the owner and he says he hasn't heard from the warranty company. Call the warranty company. They have proof they have tried to call him and sent him emails. They haven't heard from him. And to top it off his voicemail box is full. My husband finally calls him to ask why he has not call them back because something isn't adding up. He won't even let my husband finish the question before he starts talking over top of him. After my husband asked him to stop speaking so he could finish he hung up on him. We will be replacing the heater ourselves at this point as it's been two weeks. Would not recommend this company.
