He took the time to explain that because Mocha is an Australian Shepherd, they use scissors to trim her coat properly without damaging it. He was so patient and took his time, especially with her fluffy behind, and she came out looking absolutely adorable! The whole grooming session took about an hour and a half, and I really appreciated the care and attention Richard gave her. Thank you, Lush Spaw, for taking such great care of my girl! We went and walked our puppy as frequently as we could and the staff was marvelous with him and us. They were very accommodating and helpful. They also put him on the their walking program besides our visits a few times weekly. Our puppy gets so excited and happy to stay in day care and even kennel with them for weekend since then. They are sensitive to his needs and emotions and his diet. I am forever grateful to their kindness and dedication. You can trust them with your pups.

Mady also took care of her nails, anal glands, and facial hair trimming. Somi has very dark nails, which can be tricky to trim because the quick is hard to see, but Mady did a really nice job with them. Her face was trimmed just enough to look tidy without changing her overall look. I thought the service was very reasonably priced for everything that was included. Although she has turned into a little faker, making a big deal about being abandoned, and then as soon as we leave she's kissing everyone and enjoying her spa time. They have a nice clean place, and clearly love their work. Also: OMG this time they gave her a little sunflower for her collar and I LOVE IT! one more thing I want to mention is that my dog is a service dog for medical alerts, she alerts on me when my blood sugar tanks. So she tends to get a little worried when she cannot smell me. But the ladies here take such good care of her, and they are mindful about using low scent and no scent options and leaving the perfume off so as not to interfere with her work. And I just want them to know I really appreciate that because they help her save my life by taking care with this. Thank you so much.
