He was patient with her, sent a reassuring message and took his time with her haircut. I sent a photo of the haircut I wanted for Maggie and Gustavo gave her one of the best haircuts she's had. When he dropped her off he told me that she did well during the groom and Maggie even said goodbye to him which is a sign of a good relationship between them. A nice touch was the grooming report I received at the end with a cute photo. My long time search for a groomer has ended and I'll be booking with Gustavo from now on!

We went and walked our puppy as frequently as we could and the staff was marvelous with him and us. They were very accommodating and helpful. They also put him on the their walking program besides our visits a few times weekly. Our puppy gets so excited and happy to stay in day care and even kennel with them for weekend since then. They are sensitive to his needs and emotions and his diet. I am forever grateful to their kindness and dedication. You can trust them with your pups.

We've been going to this Quality Pet Spot for years and it's one the best pet stores in the South Bay, in my opinion. Staff smile and warmly greet you the moment you step inside. Butter my pup is always well taken care of and I see the dedication. Two of his favorite groomers are Tina and Stephanie! He always smiles every time he comes out from his session with them, which speaks a lot about the quality of care here. I totally entrust my puppy with them! This store is also conveniently located next to a pizza place, a water supply store, Smart & Final Extra, Target, Home Depot, library, 24 hour Fitness and USPS post office! So literally you can run all your needed errands while waiting for your pup being pampered up ! I also love how neat and tidy this store is, albeit it being a grooming place. This was my first time bringing her to this particular groomer, and I have to say, everyone was…read moresuper friendly. The place looks very clean and well organized, and it's very mellow as far as sound levels and vibes go. BUT OH MY GOD When I went to pick her up, (they said an hour and they were not kidding, to the minute, very good service) SHE HAD THE HAIR BOWS!!! Okay let me explain, my dog is a smooth coat Chi-poo mix, and she has never EVER been able to have clips and such stay on, but they managed to make two of the smee-est doinky-est little pigtails with pink bows. SO CUTE!! They lasted longer than all other bow attempts, staying in for almost three hours, till she finally lost one when we got home, and then the other one about an hour later while she was napping. But I was very impressed that they made it home and took lots of pictures, just in case it never works again. Anyway, this place was ready when we got there, took her right in and they were done when they said they would be, plus they did an excellent job of softening our dog and making her nice and clean and fresh and pretty. Plus the value for the price was super good. We've already made her second appointment! If I had to make one complaint, it would be I did not care for the perfume they used, it was a little too much for me. But i feel confident that when I go back they'll leave it off the service when I ask. They were super friendly. ...I wonder if they have purple or green bows... ooo or black ones....? Goth Dog!!
