Tori with Furbabies came out and bathed my dogs after they got sprayed by a skunk. I have a pitbull who is super sweet and a Doberman who is hesitant of new people. The pitbull loved her and her bath and the Doberman she worked with him a few minutes and got him to go with her willingly into her truck. :) She was willing to come late at night just to help me out. Update: Tori was very responsive to my issues and came back the same night to groom my dog. Generally happy with the work albeit pretty expensive. But, dog is happy and Tori is very good with dogs and again, a pretty skilled groomer. Older review: They showed up 2 hours late, I had to work the time of the appointment and texted them the night before that I wouldn't be home but my stepson would be. No knock on the door, only a text to me 2 hours late that they were there. Obviously they didn't read my text telling them clearly to knock on the door and that stepson would beI called them 2 times (no answer) and no text back. Sorely disappointed as I heard great things about them. read more

Communication only by text was clunky and inefficient. I tried to correct my appointment address in their SquareUp scheduling system from my work to home after realizing I had scheduled for Memorial Day, but she still showed up at my work, even after a couple of exchanged texts that it would be corrected. Fortunately, my office wasn't far from my home. I'd give Furbabies at least an hour window from your scheduled appointment time. My boy was apprehensive and shy, but Furbabies showed all love, patience, and encouragement towards him and was able to coax him onboard. The scheduled service was a nail trim. They were cut nice and short with clippers, which has proven to be kinda a rarity at some of the places I've taken him for this service, as he has black nails. Groomers/vets are afraid of cutting into the quick, so they use a Dremel grinder. Furbabies was confident about it and the whole service took just about 5-10 minutes. I think we spent more time talking about our tattoos! read more

I texted the phone number listed on their website to see when the next available appointment was and I got a curt and short text back that they were not taking any new customers. No explanation or apologies. I came to write a review on yelp and a week later it got removed.... Nice that they got back to me and thumbs down that they turn away new business. Mochi my Maltese shih tzu has been groomed by Victoria many times. I took her to petco for a while where they traumatize her to the point where she wouldn't let herself be groomed. I booked an appointment with Furbabies grooming and had her service appointment today again after a couple of months not being able to groom her. Mochi had a great time with Victoria. She was patient and nurturing with mochi. Our regular groomer was retiring and we needed to find a place to take our dog aggressive Springer Spaniel. The Furbabies were recommended to us as a new mobile grooming service in town. Addy and Tori immediately replied to our inquiry. Set up our appointment and answered all our questions. They showed up at our home and made us feel comfortable with them right away. They asked a few more questions to make sure they understood the cut we wanted and then took our boy to the truck. About 90 minutes later our boy came back inside smelling great, looking handsome and happy. Absolutely recommend these fabulous ladies! read more

Tori is amazing! My dog tends to get aggressive with new people so it's definitely difficult to shave his face. However, Tori does wonders. He came home today smelling clean, face/ body nicely shaved, and all nails clipped. She even gave him a stylish green bandanna to wear around his neck.
