When I called to make the appointment Jason was very nice and got me on the schedule. He asked me to text him my address and at the same time I confirmed the date and time of my appointment in the text. The morning of, it was 30min past the appointment time and no one showed up. I called his cell # and he was on vacation so I called the number on yelp. A girl picked up and said I was never put on the schedule. She said she was going check to see if anyone was available to come out that day or that I would have to reschedule for a different day. She said she would call back but never heard from them!! Service is great! I had them remodel my bathroom a couple months ago and they did a great job. However, after a couple months the door to the shower became faulty. We called them and they said that they would come and fix the door free of charge. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone.
