No explanation or apology was offered for the delay. Hoping it would not happen again, I booked another appointment. WRONG ! This time, despite being early ( I always go early to appointments to make certain I am on time), I waited 20 minutes from the actual time of my appointment. No one acknowledged my waiting. Finally, I went to Ken's station and said I had to leave. Some other person stood there acting surprised. Again, no excuse or apology. This place shows no respect for patrons. Are walk-ins being given preference to those with appointments? If that is the case, they should not be given to a technician who has someone booked unless their manicure can be completed without delaying someone else. This is a nice salon in a location convenient for me, but apparently their attitude needs to be improved. There are many salons in this area , so a customer need not go to one where they are not valued.
